Enjoyed our visit to Chicago and our stay over the 4th of July weekend. Had plenty of room for all of us.. liked that each room had a TV and the master bedroom closet was amazing! We would definitely stay there again!

Reggie was quick to respond to any questions we had. The town house was in a great location for the Bears game we were attending the weekend we stayed here. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Would deffinately recomend for anyone looking for a quiet, safe, convienient place to stay close to everything downtown.

Roomy and nice three bedroom

We stayed for graduation at nearby college and it was perfect on terms of location, ease of parking and facilities. The beach was also close by and easy to drive or uber everywhere. Thanks!

Weekend trip

We came into town for the Margarita Festival. By chance, we were able to check in early. No issues with getting into the house. Lots of parking right outside. The house is beautiful! Cute patio in the back! Reginald was very responsive. Even the neighbors were nice! One gentleman told us what a “great guy” Reginald is!! Everything was clean and well equipped. If you are looking for a relaxed vibe Reginald’s place should be on your list of places to stay.

In Town for Promat Expo at McCormick Place

What a wonderful way to experience our first time to spend more than a few hours in Chicago! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Had about 3 seasons worth of weather during our time in town, was very interesting. The home is comfy and unique. Shopping centers are very convenient to the property. Great place to stay

The home was had everything that we were looking for, great location, cleanliness, comfort and overall feel of home. The host was very nice, If we ever needed anything the host was spot on. I would definitely recommend this location. I will be staying here again.

All Good in Kenwood

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Quiet location, with nice restaurants in the area and a short distance to the paths along the lake. We were in town for a wedding, and there was ample room for our group. We all slept well, and enjoyed all the unique spaces in the home.

Very nice!

Beautiful remodeled older home in a quiet neighborhood. Not really near any of the moat popular activities/destinations, but Uber was easy. Beautiful architecture in the area. We felt very safe and comfortable here.

Great Place!

We came into Chicago for the weekend and spent two nights at this property. It's very spacious and quite comfortable. Parking is on the street but we had no trouble finding a spot right out front and then took an Uber everywhere in the city. We would definitely stay here again.
