Lovely dual apartments that led to a spacious stay. The hosts were good communicators and accommodating of an early check-in, which was much needed for our group. Good location, neighborhood, etc.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We liked walking into town and exploring newport. We did however deal with a homeless person sleeping on our porch, which was very disturbing to come back to late at night after having dinner and drinks downtown. We did contact the host to let them know as we had to involve the police to get the person to leave and access the house. We were told management would be reaching out and we never heard back from them. The property should have increased security as the police seemed to think this happens frequently in that area. We understood that this was out of their control but felt very uncomfortable that nothing was done to help us in that situation and that no one followed up with us.

We rented both units stayed for two nights. Units were clean, linens were provided. A couple suggestions, communication regarding trash bins needs to be clear. The bins were not in the lot, could not find them. I also would suggest investing in new pillows and they are so thin. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

We booked this apartment for three nights but ended up leaving a night early because we felt unsafe. The entrance to the building essentially served as a home base for a large group of homeless individuals, who gathered and slept right outside the door. We were approached multiple times while coming and going with our young children, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Both nights, there was prolonged yelling and fighting outside the building that kept us awake for much of the night. At one point, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the apartment at all. I would absolutely not recommend this property for families.To make matters worse, none of the second-floor windows locked, despite opening onto a roof accessible by fire escape. This was a major safety concern given the situation outside.We contacted management and requested a refund for the unused night, but after days of follow-ups, they refused to offer more than 250 — less than 25% of the cost of that night. Communication was frustrating, and we never received a satisfactory explanation or resolution.Had we known about these conditions, we never would have booked. For the price, you can find much better accommodations in Newport without these safety concerns and disruptions. Save your money and stay somewhere else. We would not return or recommend this property.

My friends and I had a great time here. This was close to everything in Newport. The units, themselves, were clean and had enough space for us to stay comfortably. I preferred this 100x more than my other trips to Newport when I overpaid for a dinky hotel room. If I am back in Newport, I’ll be staying here.

Communication during checking process and instructions left much to be desired, house living conditions were very good and comfortable beds. Great location, we rented two apartments next to each other and one apartment didn’t have functional hot water during the stay. Checkout process much easier then check in. Actual address of the property is 142 broadway with parking in rear of building. Access to garbage cans was never communicated. We would stay here again however.

Please my daughter left her aura gold band in unit two of the Newport location. She is able to track it and it shows that it is in Newport in that unit. Could you please have the cleaning people check and get back to me greatly appreciate
