White Curtains ~ Union Building

Our place is situated next to the union buildings, pretoria art and culture museum, The Sheraton Hotel, many restaurants, lots of night life, the Gautrain station in Hatfield, a good walk away from Loftus stadium, centrally located to most amenities and tourist attractions , MOST embassies, Government departments such as Home and foreign affairs, shops and malls, parks, quality Hopitals, The Eye Institute, half a block away from Nursing council and many more, most within walking distance and in a safe community.

Our place has a Panel heater attached to the wall, to warm up the entire place during cold nights, and a hot blanket at your convenience and control, for when you are in bed.

Please use when necessary.

For summer we have a cold-air adjustable blowing fan.

We have a cozy Queen-sized bed.

Next to the bed is a small lamp, I love the ambiance it brings to the whole house especially when the curtains are closed, it has a magenta kind of warm feel to it, most perfect for couples too :).

When you tie the curtains the house has this "Caribbean look" to it, the curtains give the house a soft feel for those like me who do not want to feel clustered in a house.

There is a table for two that can be used for breakfast, dinner or even as a workstation.

We have a Big TV with DSTV (cable tv) and leather couches with a mat underfoot.

Don't worry about your clothes, there are hangers placed within the cupboards which can be used at your convenience and a cupboard mirror placed on the exterior of the cupboard. There is also a black leather Kist that you can use to place extra clothes, blankets, books, belongings for safe keeping or whatever else needs storage.

In the bathroom we have essentials such as big towels, hand towels, hand sanitizer, soap and lotion, toilet paper, toilet cleaning supplies, air freshener . We have a petite hand-held shower or you can leave it on its rail and shower freehand, whichever you desire.

We also have installed a brand new washing machine.

The kitchen has the cutlery and cookery you will need to make meals, along with kitchen cleaning supplies. We have a fragranced bin in the kitchen, all you have to do is press the top of the bin and it opens and close it the same way when finished.

We have a very fast stove, a normal-sized fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a big microwave and a place where you can hang your plates, cups etc. after cleaning them, next to the sink. Separate from the living area.

The building, has CCTV cameras installed for security. A tag system is used to access the place.

We have a parking spot available (please let us know if you need the parking in advance). The parking area is also accessed with a tag system that we give to you upon arrival. Please be mindful of the whereabouts of the tag at all times.

We have fought for the elevator to be fixed, the body corporate is finally organizing the lift to be maintained at all times in the near future, so the place may not be accessible to people who use wheelchairs for the time being. However, our place is on the second floor.

If we are not available, there is always a caretaker in the premise.
