You are looking at a gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bath unit located on the 7th floor that has been newly painted and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our family has owned this unit since July of 2014 and we are so excited to have you as our guest.

The living room is outfitted with a 55-inch LED Smart TV and has WiFi capabilities. You can watch Netflix or listen to the music of your choice on Pandora. The bedrooms offer crisp flat panel LCD TVs. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is wide-open and filled with the tools you need to cook a meal everyone will love. All you need is some fresh seafood!?

Nice Place

Accommodations were very nice! Our host was prompt in responding, even after hours. The staff members on site at the condominium complex were incredibly polite and kind. I also loved the multiple stations situated along the boardwalk for spraying off the sand, and the beach / complex was clean and well-run. Our view was just perfect, and we enjoyed watching the weather events from the balcony. Thank you very much!

Great location, very comfortable

The condo was very comfortable with plenty of seating in the living area and spacious balcony with table and chairs. I liked that they had a single and a double bed in the second bedroom for extra sleeping options. Check in and out was very easy and the complex has a nice heated pool and easy access to the beach. Plenty of cable TV options and good wi-fi (although not secure). Check out the Greek Seafood Nachos at Live Bait located across the street and the fresh and prepared take out seafood at Lartigue's right down the road. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Needs updated!!

I’ll start with the positives: Great location, spacious refrigerator, cool AC, washer and dryer worked well. Excellent view of the ocean. Nice living room furniture with minimal staining. Quick service when our shower stopped draining. Now for the negatives: Closet doors broken No remote for living room-called and finally got one 2 days later. Stinks like cat urine- although it’s not because my daughter would have had a severe allergic reaction. Shower not draining Sink slow to drain Carpet is grey (because it’s dirty) and needs to seriously be replaced Large hole in the kitchen near the stove No bed skirt on the twin bed-found bunched under the mattress. Green smudge on kitchen cabinet, wiped off with wipe Needs another towel rack in spare bedroom and a Hand towel holder. Huge longitude crack on the neighbor’s balcony-people we’re still standing on it. Did I mention that IT SMELLS SO BAD. This unit needs to be condemned. Do not rent this. I can’t believe the Phoenix doesn’t hold property owners to some kind of expectation on the condition of their condos. We made the best of it and spent most of our time outside.

My daughter, daughter-in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed out time at Orange Beach in the condo! Great accommodations, great view and blessed with beautiful weather! Lots of memories made on our girl’s get-away!

Needs an update...

It rained several of the days that we were there and we could not get the DVD player to work. Called to the front desk and waited several hours for someone to NOT come and then called back the next day and waited another 2 hours for someone to come fix it. He was unable to get it to work in the family room so he moved it into the smaller guest room so we could watch a movie but we couldn't get the volume to work along with the DVD player. It was frustrating for the afternoons when it was raining and we were stuck inside. There was construction going on while we were there that was not disclosed when booked. The noise began as early as 9:30 in the morning and continued as we lay on the beach. It was so loud you could hear it out by the water. The location was great so that semi made up for it but I wouldn't choose to stay again.

Loved it!

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo and it was amazing. Totally comfortable, clean and beautiful views of the ocean. Beds were super comfortable which was important to us. Shower pressure was nice. Pool, access to beach and amenities were awesome. Property staff were professional, friendly and attentive.

Great condo at a great price!

This was just a quick weekend get away girls trip. The condo has been recently updated and the decor is beautiful and has a nice calming feel. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Great view of the beach !

Beach Vacation

We had a great stay,plenty of room for the family! Love the beachy decor, and what a beautiful view! Well-stocked kitchen , and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return!
