Vue sur l'océan et la piscine depuis votre terrasse privée! Profitez de vos vacances dans un fabuleux condo au deuxième étage, non-fumeur, avec vue sur l'océan, au bord de la piscine.

Vous pouvez vous détendre à la plage ou à la piscine, qui comprend un kiosque au bord de la piscine et une vaste étendue de terrasse à plusieurs niveaux remplie de chaises longues. Des allées pavées mènent à la plage.

Les équipements comprennent la climatisation / chauffage central, 2 télévisions par câble couleur (nouvel écran plat dans le salon), 2 lecteurs DVD, accès Internet sans fil, lecteur stéréo / cd, système de jeu Wii, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, téléphone, balcon / véranda privé et accès à la buanderie sur place et à la piscine.

Veuillez noter que les locations de Surf Condo ne proposent qu'un parking pour 2 voitures.

Les bateaux, remorques, jet-skis, etc. ne sont pas autorisés dans les locaux du condo.

Laissez-passer pour la piscine requis moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 10 $ en espèces, mais remboursable lors du retour. La piscine Surf Condo ouvre le week-end du Memorial Day et ferme le week-end de Columbus Day.

The Lazy Palm

This was a nice property with a family friendly campus. Condo was comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the pool was fantastic. The employees at the Ward Realty office were very friendly and helpful during check in and out.

Beautiful rental, amazing stay!

We love Topsail and used to own at Unit next door to where we stayed. They’ve made amazing updates to the units and this one didn’t disappoint! The unit was pristine, the view was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! We hope to be back soon!

Lots of space for a 1 bedroom condo

We were impressed with the amount of space this condo had. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Clean and great communication from the realty company.

Nice condo, thin walls

This was a nice condo overall. Be aware however that the walls and ceilings are thin. Conversations, TVs and footsteps (including a speedy pet!) were all quite audible during our stay.

Great stay

The condo was reflected well in the photos provided. Unit was clean without odors. Good proximity to the beach. Closeline on deck was a nice addition. Kitchen was well stocked. Normal water pressure in shower and shower head was appropriate height. My son loved the built in bunkbeds and Wii.

Very tired unit, desperate for remodel

Very outdated unit, needs total remodel, disgusting carpet. Great view and location. Sad that it's in such poor condition.

Everything was lovely, I would recommend basic supplies, such as salt and pepper, hand soap, dish washing detergent be on hand. Internet was spotty. Great view! Easy access to everything.

Great time

Everything was very nice and clean except for a little sand. We were told that there wouldn’t be very much in the condo (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.) but there was. Had a great time.

Dirty, Loud, Inaccurate listing

The first thing we noticed upon entering the property, was the musty odor. It did not smell clean. Then we noticed that the balcony does have an ocean view, but is not "ocean front" as listed in the title on VRBO. The balcony was very dirty. Neither the light nor the receptacle on the balcony were in working order. The breaker box in the hallway does not latch shut. The bathroom door is very difficult to get latched shut as well. Be sure to bring all linens; sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, wash cloths, and dish towels. The sofa bed is listed as a queen size. It is not. It may be a full at best. My 13 year old son, who is 6ft tall had to remove the mattress from the sofa bed and add pillows from the couch to the end of it and sleep on the floor in order for it to be long enough for him to sleep on. There are NO pillows for the sofa bed. There are 2 pillows for the king bed, and one for each twin bunk. Luckily, we had brought a few extra with us. The property is very loud. We could hear every person stomping up and down the wooden steps. We could also hear conversations and TV sounds from people in the neighboring units. ***Note: If you are planning on checking out on a Sunday, be prepared to either return your key card on Saturday evening, or have to wait a couple of weeks to get your deposit mailed to you. Check out is at 10am, but the realty does not open until 1pm on Sunday. Nowhere in the check out email does it say this. The area and the beach were nice. We will definitely be returning to Topsail Island. We will not be staying at the Lazy Palm agan.

We do apologize for an inconvenience in the delay of receiving your key deposit check. We do have shorter business hours on Sundays. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us about the latches etc, these are being addressed with maintenance and the homeowner will add additional pillows for the sleeper sofa.

may as well gone thru a realty co

my daughter in law suggested VRBO so i thought i'd try it. it looked reasonable but i did not know i would have to go thru a realty co to complete reservation and payment. i had always dealt with the co. we had to go thru for completion of registration so i feel i could have done without the middleman of VRBO. the place was nice but a lot of remodeling going on and the contractors left a trail of drywall mud & dust from 3ed floor to parking lot.

condo cool and comfy.

Our condo was comfortable and spacious. It came with everything we needed and a few extras. We enjoyed the location and large pool. Easy walk to the beach and nice people. Only concern was noise from adjacent rooms at night.
