Clean property, private pool, close to beach

Overall the property was nice and as promised. There were no lounge chairs for the pool, and we had an ant issue in the kitchen, but those were very minor. Communication with the property owner was great beforehand, but no checkout instructions upon leaving. Small and simple list on the fridge. Overall, the location was great, and having a short walk to the beach, a private pool, a clean place, for the price was great!

Excellent location for Family/Beach Vaca!

Just the right size (number of rooms, bathrooms, and beds) for our entire family (my husband and I, our 4 children, 2 spouses, and 4 grandchildren under 11). Nice, clean, safe and private pool. Easy access to the boardwalk and beach (out the door, turn left and 3-5 minute walk). Located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to lots of local restaurants and amenities within walking/driving distance. Living space is comfortable with excellent working A/C unit, appliances, electronics, and is tastefully decorated. The garage has lots of beach items left from previous guests which was convenient and appreciated. The same was true in the kitchen and laundry room (extra pool towels, detergent, etc.). As a former professional cleaner (and rental property owner myself), the only thing I would recommend for improvement are fine-tuning the details (organize items in closets, make sure all surfaces are wiped down, clean TV screens with appropriate towel/cleaner to prevent streaking, make sure all light bulbs/outlets work, and ceiling patches are esthetically fixed). During our stay we had one, minor maintenance issue of which Van responded to and quickly addressed. Overall, I would highly recommend this location and would absolutely stay here again!

Cocoa Beach

The property is adequate if you are looking for a pool and average furnishings as pictured. The loft area is a landing between the other 3 bedrooms on the second floor. That was the only real disappointment I had in the home. The pool was enclosed in the concrete walls. WE grilled and cooked using the kitchen and everything worked and we had what we needed. You can walk to some restaurants, the beach, the grocery store. The home is about a block from main traffic and about a block from the beach. We had no problems with entry and requirements after stay were minimal. We enjoyed our week in the area.

This property is in an excellent location with a nice heated pool. We have spent 3 years here and would love to return again but the prices are increasing quickly.

Loved it!!

We had a wonderful time - the pool was a little too warm for the rest of the family - but I LOVED IT! Within walking distance to the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Family Vacation

Location!! Location!! Walk out the door and go right and you are a block from the beach!! Go left and there are some quaint restaurants with good food!! The stay was nice!! They have everything you need! I would have to say they do need more outside seats and lounge chairs and do need to cover because so many leaves got in the pool. But with that being said its not a big deal!! Great time!!!! 10 out of 10 The Thornsburg Family

Convenient property by cocoa beach

The house was clean, lots of room, a block from the beach, quiet neighborhood, pool. Check in without having to have a physical contact with the owners. Noone bothered us. Good kitchen, gas stove and the dishwasher. Garage is stocked with beach supplies, also gad a washer and a dryer. Cable tv, internet. No complaints

Nice location

We rented this house to be close to the ocean and have an extended family vacation. Was neat that they had tile on the floor, carpet only in bedrooms. The door alarm on the pool did not work, the internet did not work and wasn’t fixed until 36 hours before we left. Not typically an issue but when it’s raining and late was hard to entertain 3 kids. Rocket launch was right there and visible from the beach! All in all was a great time for all of us.

Great, comfortable location in Cocoa Beach

The place had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Cocoa Beach. We were two families, totalling 5 kids and 4 adults, and had perfect bed space for everyone. The pool and proximity to beach and activities were great. I only gave communication below 5 rating as both owners happened to be on their own vacations while we were there. We ran into some maintenance issues that were delayed because of this, but once they returned, they were very supportive &helpful to correct the issues. Overall, this was just a blip in our experience.

Clean, spacious, and good location

Took my daughter and her friends there for her senior spring break and it was the perfect place for teenagers and a couple of moms who chaperoned. Beach was just down the street and not very crowded! Can walk to many restaurants from the house. Would stay there again with my family!!!!

Perfect spot for our family trip!

Absolutely loved our trip to Cocoa Beach! This was our second time to the area, first time using Vrbo and I loved the experience. The house was exactly as expected. Perfect for our group of 6. Loved having a pool at the house! Owner was super responsive to messages as well. We had zero issues during our stay. The property was very well stocked as well, even better than I would have expected. Would rent again!

Great location. 5min walk to the beach. The 2 restaurants are good.

Renting this property was very easy. I had to contact the owner about the TV. He responded quickly and offered to go buy a new TV immediately but it wasn't a big deal and we were leaving soon. Good experience. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home

Rental process was a breeze, communication was good with property owner so we would know what to expect. Property itself was nice. Could’ve been cleaner, the pool had sand in it and the grill was disgusting. We never used the grill during our stay for that reason, as we could not locate any cleaning utensils for it. We normally stay oceanfront, so the one and a half block walk to the beach was not what we were used to, but it wasn’t bad. Overall a great experience. We had a friends/family gathering of adults and children ages 7-65. It was nice for all involved.

Nice property convenient to the beach

Came with two families, 4 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of room for everyone and the sleeping arrangements worked out very well. An easy walk to the beach, only a block and a half. The pool gets dirty with leaves and sand very quickly, particularly after storms. Perhaps the property owner should consider having a pool vacuum so renters can clean it, the pool service is only once a week on Friday. Also, it seems others utilize the trash and recycling containers, they were full upon our arrival.
