Vivez au centre de toute l'action de Copper Mountain pendant votre séjour dans cette location de vacances de 2 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain dans les condominiums Village Square à Copper Mountain. Huit à dix personnes peuvent regarder par les fenêtres du condo à West Lake, dans le centre du village. Le condo a également une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Les journées d'hiver peuvent être consacrées à dévaler les pentes à la station de ski de Copper Mountain. Une fois la neige fondue, vous pourrez jouer au golf sur les parcours à proximité ou faire de la randonnée dans les montagnes.

La cheminée en pierre donne à ce condo récemment rénové une atmosphère de ville de montagne distincte. Combinez cela avec la vue incroyable depuis les fenêtres et vous saurez à coup sûr que vous êtes dans le parfait Coloradan comme à la maison!

Après une longue journée d’exploration ou de ski, détendez-vous sur le canapé moelleux et regardez vos émissions préférées sur la télévision par câble à écran plat de 50 pouces. Il y a un autre écran plat 50 "situé dans la chambre principale et un 42" dans la chambre d'amis.

Si vous préférez des plats faits maison, vous pouvez utiliser la cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer tous vos repas. Une table à manger adjacente à la cuisine peut accueillir 10 personnes.

Une fois l'heure du coucher terminée, vous êtes assurés de vous endormir dans l'une des chambres à coucher dotées d'un matelas très confortable. Il y a aussi un matelas pneumatique de 22 pouces pour un couchage supplémentaire.

Les invités en copropriété ont accès à toutes les commodités offertes par le complexe Village Square. Après votre journée sur les pistes, détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou le sauna, rangez votre équipement dans les casiers et lavez vos vêtements de ski dans la buanderie commune.

Le condo est situé dans le centre du village de Copper Mountain, à seulement 1 minute à pied des pistes. Si vous êtes fatigué de skier ou de faire du snowboard à Copper Mountain Resort, le fabuleux ski de Breckenridge n’est qu’à 30 minutes.

Quand il fait chaud, vous pouvez partir en randonnée dans les montagnes ou louer un vélo et explorer le magnifique terrain sur deux roues.

Une fois que la neige a fondu, il y a une tonne de criques qui offrent des aventures amusantes en kayak, canoë et rafting.

Il y a des terrains de golf fabuleux dans la région qui ont tous des droits de jeu abordables. Même si vous n’avez pas l’intention de jouer au golf, ne manquez pas votre chance d’observer le magnifique paysage qui entoure Copper Creek Course.

The property is just a short walk to the slopes, making it very convenient. The condo was comfortable and warm, with plenty of space for our group—four beds, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The underground garage was a great bonus, keeping our car warm and snow-free throughout our stay.

The property was clean, comfortable, and very close to how it appeared in the photos. It was in good condition overall, and I was happy with that. The location is great and close to everything, and parking worked well for one vehicle.There were a few minor issues during my stay — the TV, some loose cords, and the shower curtain — all small things. I initially had some difficulty getting a response from the rental company, but the owner reached out to me directly afterward and was very accommodating. He worked with me to resolve the concerns, accommodated a special request, and in return we fixed a few items and left detailed notes.Overall, the stay was good and the issues were minor. No major problems, and the property itself has a lot of positives. The bus route to the events we attended was very convenient. Great stay — I would stay again if the opportunity comes up. Thank you.

This was the perfect place for a quick ski trip. Clean and in center village so close to shops and restaurants. We got in, parked the car, hit the slopes and never had to drive until we were headed back to the airport. Great place

Perfect location, great host

We have been to Copper mountain many times. Center village is definitely where all the action is. It was an easy location to get to the skiing area or anything else. We needed. Bus stop right outside the door so it was also easy to get to ski lessons for our youngest kids. There was enough space to house my family of six plus my brother's family of four. Although we were a little tight and that's as many people as you would want. The home is in pretty good shape, but a little bit here and there could be improved. Ultimately, for the price I think it was all good. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice and clean. There is not a pull out couch just an air mattress. The elevators are extremely slow and were broken down for awhile on two of then three days we were there. The water completely quit for a few hours one day. Nice hot tub. Seemed a little pricey considering the location and elevator/water issues.

Constructive feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to addressing each concern you raised during your time at the unit.-Regarding the air mattress, we would like to clarify that our listing explicitly mentions the provision of a high-quality blow-up mattress, complete with pillows, linens, and blankets, for the comfort of guests with additional accommodation needs. We apologize if this detail was inadvertently overlooked during your review of the unit's particulars.-Concerning the water shut-off, emergencies within the condo complex occasionally necessitate repairs that may involve temporarily turning off the water supply. While this incident did not pertain to our unit during your stay, we regret any inconvenience caused during the two-hour period of repair. Unfortunately, the nature of these emergencies is unforeseeable.-Regarding the elevator issues, we want to assure you that since acquiring the unit in 2007, elevator problems have been rare for our guests. Regrettably, during your stay, the Homeowners Association (HOA) informed us that emergency repairs were being conducted on those specific days, leading to temporary delays. We've confirmed with the HOA that the elevators are now functioning seamlessly as usual.-We want to reiterate our commitment to ensuring a delightful and pleasant stay for all our guests. All good but the furniture and parking

The owner is responsive, helpful and reachable. the beds good. location great for us because we took the bus to get the kids to ski school at west village. walking in boots mandates short walks. the furniture in the living room was a drag. one sofa was okay, but the remaining loveseat, recliner and chair were all shot and/or broken. the parking is tricky. enough spots for every unit with a kitchen (like this one,) but if you are trying to park after dinner time: no spots. Called security, but no improvement. We were able to park just across the circle in ten mile lot without charge. Not a big deal, but kind or irritating. It is quite clean with new carpet. all the bathroom stuff works well. Dishwasher, fridge stove top all great. Lots of dishes and nice big table with plenty of seating for meals.

I am so happy you were pleased with the new beds, oven, dishwasher, microwave, carpet, and remodeled bathroom. I will certainly look into the chairs as mentioned and get them replaced ASAP. As for the parking, I wish you would have called me to let me know there were no spots open after dinner. I would have called the management and Copper security to get it resolved. That has never been an issue with any renters since 2007 owning the unit. I am so sorry this happen to you. All in all, it sounds like a very successful trip. Mixed Bag

The stay was very good and very stressful both. Lets start with the good. I brought the whole extended family - 9 of us across 3 generations. We all fit in one big condo, and had space to sit in the living room and talk, enjoy meals around the table and generally hang out and enjoy skiiing together. The kitchen had lots of space and the hot tub was huge and wonderful for relaxing in after a days worth of skiiing. The mountain is amazing - lots of great runs and space - I enjoy skiing blues, blacks, and double blacks, but there are lots of greens that were still very enjoyable to ski. We had brand new skiers all the way through individuals who have been skiing for 40 years and there was great runs for all of us to enjoy together and separately. The unfortunate part of the stay was the logistics of getting in and getting out. The reviews and the phone call I had a month before the visit stated that there was parking under the building and if for any reason we could not get in there there was free parking across the street. unfortunately that was incorrect. the lot across the street is $55 a day - quite pricey for two vehicles for 4 days. We ended up getting into the parking garage because the door was broken, and then getting a tow warning sticker because the app to register with could not handle the fact that two different people may be using the condo in the same day (1 checking in and 1 checking out). I ended up having to deal with parking all 4 days of my stay.

Shared from the owner: "I'm so happy to hear the condo was plenty big enough for your family of 9. Also glad to hear the skiing was awesome. As for the parking, I am so sorry you had trouble. On all of our paperwork, it states we are allowed one car in the free underground secured parking garage and all other cars could park for FREE at the Alpine Parking lot at the entrance of Copper’s main road. I went back over all of our documents and could not find where it states there is free parking across the street at the condo. Please know we are always just a phone call away, 24/7, to handle any needs or issues our renters may have while visiting. Again, I am so sorry for the confusion on the parking but so happy to hear you had a wonderful time and the accommodations met or exceeded your expectations. Thank you again for the visit and please keep us posted if we can ever be of service in the future."

Fantastic cozy and convenient condo

The place was well maintained and was about a 5 minute walk to the American Flyer lift. Starbucks is right around the corner and there is two pubs and a great Mexican restaurant only steps away. You cannot beat the convenience of staying here. My point of contact was great and answered all my questions. It was not hard to follow check in and check out instructions as well. Overall we loved it!

A few kinks, but overall a good stay.

The good: the condo was beautiful and spacious for the 5 of us. The location is right in the village. The hot tub was huge and nice after our bike race. The kitchen was well appointed for meals. Improvement needed: I received welcome emails from multiple sources, and they conflicted on some points, such as the process for check-in and check-out. Receiving a long rental agreement the afternoon before our arrival was not cool - especially when the rental agreement had the wrong dates for our stay. The pillows throughout the condo were flat as pancakes. The water takes forever to get hot (a minor inconvenience). There's no A/C (not a problem up there in the mountains) but the windows were missing screens. These items can probably be addressed in an hour, so easily fixed and would be a 5 star property.

Super convenient ski in ski out

Excellent location 2 min walk to major lifts Convenient elevator from apartment level straight down to garage Well equipped kitchen Only bummer and potential showstopper for repeat visit is the fact that Copper Central Village play very loud music from 7,30AM to 9PM right outside the window. Just loud enough inside the apartment that you can't read a book without getting really disturbed by the music. I can't imagine how the HOA can allow this really serious noise pollution. If the music could be turned off outside, at least away from the central village restaurant area, then we would make this a yearly recurring event.

My Favorite Place at Copper Mountain

What an amazing condo. I will definitely be back. The owner was so nice to work with and got us everything we needed...FAST! The new carpet was like walking on a cloud. The owner spared no expense for the added cushion that goes under the carpet, amazing. The beds were sooooo comfortable, it was hard to get out of them to go skiing. We loved the three full baths. Everything was just as advertised and better. If you stay at any other condo in Copper you are doing yourself an injustice. The three 50” 4K TV’s were also amazing. Only a one minute walk to the slopes was very convenient as my son forgot his pass and took no time to get back to us. We will be back for sure. It is nice to come back to the same location that you know has it all. Thank goodness, no more long hours of shopping different condos and hoping all that is advertised is for real. We have finally found our home away from home. Great job to the owner Bill and his cleaners for keeping the unit so clean. Diane H.

Nice location, could use some updates

This was a nice location, very close to everything in Center Village. The carpets and paint looked a little dingy and could use updating but it was a decent place to stay. The owner is very communicative and willing to help if needed.

The owner appreciates your feedback and wanted to let you know about the updates they're planning for the condo: - The carpet in the entire unit was replaced in 2019, and they will have it deep-cleaned this May - They will also have the condo repainted at that time - They added a top-of-the-line Bosch Dishwasher, new beds, sheets, and comforters in 2019, and they'll be upgrading the oven and microwave in May The owner thanks you for choosing to stay at their condo, and they hope to host you again soon!

Fantastic ski spot for family

The condo is excellent. Two comfortable bedrooms both with attached restrooms, a separate kitchen, living room, and another bathroom all made the trip for a family of 5 adults very comfortable. Ski storage on the 1st floor and a 5 min. walk to the lifts in center village make this a great location for skiers of all levels. Minor issues were resolved quickly with the help of a hands-on, patient owner. We will stay here when we return to Copper Mountain.
