The first room was not great. Unfortunately, the 2 smoke detectors did not work, the TV did not work and the sliding glass door did not lock (first floor). The room was a bit dirty looking. But the next day the host moved us to another room (everything worked) and appeared to be cleaner. The host was very nice and offered to let us stay another night free of charge. The hotel is right on the beach so that was great for the views. All in all, it worked out fine.

Not as pictured

Check in door codes arrive 3:45 ahead of 4:00 check in. The bottom floor unit was convenient. Luggage carts were available. The unit was not the one pictured. No table and chairs, no coffee pot or mugs, butcher block counter, rusty 4 coil stove, difficult microwave no table on balcony and microwave underneath light and oven light not working. Kitchen had one large spoon, some cutlery, glasses 4 piece cook-set and some plastic dishes . Bathroom was not the one pictured NO towel bars at all but nice tile shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Good mattresses but still in plastic and hard to keep the bottom sheets on. An old property with some attempts to update. Just a few hooks in the bathroom would help a lot. Very convenient to the beach but no ramps on either beach access deck.

The ocean view and beach front is wonderful on this property How ever there are couple of things to be noted There is no exhaust vent in the bathroom so smells stay in the room. The building is not well maintained it’s dirty and trash overflows outside one of the doorsWe mentioned we were three gusts only two sets of towels were provided There is no dishwasher which I should have checked for prior to booking. Hand soap. Dish scrub were not provided
