Cette unitĂ© est en face de la plage et de l'ocĂ©an et la vue est aussi bonne que possible. Juste rĂ©novĂ© en 2012 avec de nouveaux sols en liĂšge, des armoires, des comptoirs en granit, des peintures, des draps et des meubles. Les nouveaux meubles comprennent un canapĂ© confortable (qui comprend un lit queen avec un nouveau matelas) - ouvrez les portes-fenĂȘtres, sentez la brise du golfe et vous pourrez vous mettre dans une sieste sur la plage! La cuisine vient d'ĂȘtre magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ©e et contient tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre sĂ©jour - du lave-vaisselle et de la machine Ă  glaçons, aux plats, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetiĂšre et mĂ©langeur. La chambre dispose Ă©galement d'une vue sur l'ocĂ©an et s'ouvre sur le magnifique balcon en bord de mer. Il a un lit king size (avec un nouveau matelas Ă  mousse Ă  mĂ©moire)!, Deux commodes et deux grands placards - beaucoup de place pour rester un moment! Il y a aussi une salle de bain principale avec deux lavabos et une baignoire / douche pour se laver aprĂšs quelques amusements Ă  la plage! Le patio couvert en bord de mer offre un espace de vie supplĂ©mentaire et vous permet de profiter du style de vie de la Floride, avec 2 chaises longues et une table Ă  manger avec 2 chaises.

Awesome View, Updates for master bathroom shower was amazing.

Location is plus, size is perfect for 4 with sofa sleeper and extra 1/2 bath. Stay was 31 days .

This property and room are right on the beach with a gorgeous view and very convenient walk over the boardwalk to the beach. My only complaint is the umbrella setup. We booked 3 rooms and asked the setup guy to put our 6 chairs together. There is a fee for that and the amount of the fee we owed changed multiple times within the same day. My mother had already tipped him 100 before he said there would be a charge. It felt scammy and unnecessary so beware of that if you are booking multiple rooms.

Anniversary Getaway

Family Girls Trip

This was the perfect place for a short girls getaway with my mother and daughters. The only downfall was the elevator was really slow, luckily we were on the second floor. The condo itself was perfect for us.

Nice place for a family getaway

The Nautilus property is clean and well-kept. The pool area is spacious and inviting. The beach walkway is easy to navigate with plenty of room to to clean off beach equipment, having hoses and an outdoor shower available. The unit we stayed in was lovely, had a beautiful view of the beach, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and in great condition. The bed was so comfortable, and on the one rainy day we had it was nice to be able to lay in the bed and still see the beach.

Summer fun

A small complex, but nice. The only problem I had was when I was running bath water, the handle to lift the stopper broke off as if someone had already broken it and just put it back without reporting it. But the office had the maintenance guy come right away and fix the problem though.

Disappointed

The appliances, lights, TV and other electronics had visible signs of rust, were outdated, and functionally questionable at best. The towels were disgusting and the chair covers on the deck, had holes everywhere with stuffing falling out. The only, and I repeat, ONLY, plus to this place was the beach view, and location.

Weekend Stay

We came for the weekend, first time in Fort Walton. Overall was okay/good. We couldn’t get the living room tv to work. We tried everything. My husband also had to fix the toilet because it wouldn’t flush. The half bath sink stopper makes for the sink to fill up really fast, and for it to take 10 mins to drain. On our last day i load the dishwasher like it says in the handbook, we only used just a measuring cup, just the measuring cup, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the last guest, we had already been there for 2 and half says. Also the furniture in the living room has lots of stains, not really inviting to sit down. These are major complaints to me so my overall stay was ok.

Nice condo - Hurrican Helene showed up :( No refunds

Nice condo, but the bathrooms need a major upgrade. They pale in comparison to the kitchen area. Needs new tub, bathroom sinks and toilets. Overall, the condo is beautiful and the Stay was comfortable. 2nd night there, the power went out for quite a while in the middle of the night and got real hot. Called hotline, someone answered right away and stated power company was working on it. Only thing I'm very disappointed in - Hurricane Helene was coming through. DeSantis declared emergencies for 61 out of 67 counties. We decided to leave on Tuesday night at 11 pm. We went to the office and spoke to the manager to ask for a refund on the balance of our stay. Or even a rain check for next summer. No refunds or any type of discounts for another time were offered. They stated if we left before the mandatory evacs happened by the Governor, we wouldn't be refunded. One of the persons on duty even said, "Awe, don't let a little rain and wind ruin your stay or make you leave early." A little rain and wind? It's a Cat 3 (As of Tue) Cat 4 now. Problem is,who want to stay until the last minute - how dangerous is that? People were already flooding the gas stations and the traffic on the highways on Tuesday evening were horrible. We were only there Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights as we packed on Tuesday evening and left. Would have been nice to at least had some sort of refund or rain check for sometime in the next year. If so, we would be back next year, no questions.
