Mediterranean themed Gardens at Beachwalk is one of Fort Myers most popular condominium developments, conveniently located only 4 miles from some of the best beaches in South West Florida.

This home is bright, modern and the perfect base to explore the surrounding beaches. The floor plan is open in style with the living, dining and the kitchen area combined. There is also a separate utility room with washer/dryer situated off of the kitchen area. The spacious bedrooms are split plan which means they are located on either side of the unit to provide guests with the utmost privacy. The home has Cable TV and free Wifi. The final touch is glass sliding doors leading out to your own private lanai overlooking the lake and clubhouse area.

As you would expect from one of our most popular condominium communities, every thought has been put into the design of this resort. Gardens at Beachwalk has a lake as the focal point of the community pool area. Enjoy swimming in the blue waters of the resort size swimming pool, relaxing in the community hot tub or basking in the Florida sunshine on one of the many comfortable loungers around the pool. There is also a clubhouse available for guests' use with a gym fitness facility for those wishing for something a little more strenuous.

Please Note: Gardens at Beachwalk does not have any elevators in each building. Guests will be required to climb stairs to access the unit. Please ask about this prior to reserving the unit if you have a concern about the stairs

Great location and beautiful property

Overall we loved our stay here. We were disappointed that there was construction going on for our entire stay.

Thank you Kimberly for your feedback. Unfortunately we cannot control the construction noise. The community is currently being re-roofed for certain buildings within the area. My understanding is it is due to complete in the Summer.

Great location

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us. Location was great, view of pond and so quiet. The pool was fabulous and people very friendly. Have reserved it for next year.

Nice Stay

I spent three months at the property and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property is clean and well stocked, close to Sanibel island and a plethora of restaurants. Reasonable drive to the Naples Marco Island area as well. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The pool is close to the unit and was very well kept and surprisingly cool water even in the summer months. I highly recommend this unit to other travelers and I hope to return soon.

Condo was very nice but the beds were terrible. Need to be replaced. No towel bars at bathroom sinks. Otherwise very adequate.

Perfect place to explore

I could not have picked a better property. The location was so close to the beach and also pretty close to downtown. An easy trip to Key West from here on the Key West express and also a quick trick to so many parts of Florida we wanted to check out. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and everything worked properly. We enjoyed the complex watching folks walk, ride bikes, and head to the beautiful pool from our balcony. We found some excellent restaurants nearby and took in the Edison Ford estate which was fantastic as well. Book this condo, you won’t be disappointed.
