The property is beautiful, as advertised. The views are amazing, even in rainy December. The beds are extremely comfortable, the layout is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so very much! The views from the porch and the quietness of the location were perfection! This location was also great for our adventures around the Malibu area! It was also nice to have the Vintage Grocers just down the road to grab a few snack and breakfast items.

Great stay

An amazing view both mountain and ocean. We enjoyed our stay in the Oceanview property. Close to Zuma beach and Point Dume and away from the crowded southern area.

Loved the view and quiet

3 seniors stayed at the property. We ate outside for all means, which was super since the view and the weather were wonderful! Beds were very comfortable. We’ll stay again!

The view of the Pacific Ocean from the front is wonderful and the view of the vineyards and foothills in back is equally fabulous! We really enjoyed hiking the fire road into the National Forest behind the property!

Great weekend spot

Stayed with friends for three nights. Loved the property and the views. Pouring rain the whole time. Would go back just to enjoy the porch and the canyon overlook.

Lovely view, comfortable cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in this bright, clean, comfortable cottage. We loved the proximity of beaches, hiking & grocery stores. We like to cook & found the kitchen well supplied with equipment. The only thing lacking was a broom! We had a great time here.

Beautiful setting

This was a perfect place for our two-week stay. We loved the views of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. There's a very nice trail for hiking right next to the driveway. Convenient to groceries and restaurants, and many of the sights we hoped to see. The furnishings are very comfortable, with the two ensuite bed/baths separated by the central living/kitchen area.

Ideal Malibu stay

This is one of the top 3 properties we have rented ever. Ronin is a super responsive host with great suggestions about restaurants & other advice on offferings in Malibu. The property is beautifully decorated, super clean, the kitchen is well- equipped & it has the best view of Zuma beach & incredible sunsets. We highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful

This is a really special place. The view is truly unbelievable and you can look out from everywhere in the house. Interior is very comfortable and cool, even better than I expected from the pictures. Our host Robin responded quickly to questions. A great place to get away.

Amazing property with great views of Zuma beach and the mountains in Malibu.!!!

Gary and Robin are great hosts! This is a five star property, that is quiet with breathtaking views. We will definitely rent from them again. The location is close to everything in Malibu and is easy access in and out of the property. The rental space is updated and very clean. It also has a washer and dryer on the property.

Perfect!

My family of 4 had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The views from the house are beautiful and you can enjoy them all of the time since there's floor to ceiling windows throughout the place. Everything in the house looks new and the house was spotless. I can't wait to return!

I can't say enough about this property. The house is immaculate. The property is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. Loved waking up to see the mountains & the ocean through the huge windows. Sat outside to read & see the views each morning & ran/walked the hills. Hope to return!
