Property was just as described (quiet beach front). Condo is about the size of a suite hotel. Comfy bed. Very clean. There was some struggles at check in, but the host was prompt with a response and resolution. Great communication. Good location away from the noise of the strip. Nice Dollar General Market nearby with groceries.

Hi! Thank you for checking out our property! My name is Taylor, and I am a local from Magnolia Springs, AL, which is about 30-45 minutes from our Gulf Shores Plantation unit. Living down here is a true blessing, and I get to do all my favorite things: attend just about every concert at The Wharf Amphitheater, go to the beach, take Sunday boat rides, and go fishing!

What I enjoy most about being a host is getting to know our guests. Living down here my whole life, you can sometimes take it granted and hearing why some of our guests are coming to the beach whether it is to celebrate an anniversary, first vacation as a family, or celebrating the life of a lost loved one, it reminds me how the beach is more than my hometown, it is also a place where people come to make unforgettable memories spent with family or friends. BUT, I don't host alone! My grandmother is the lady in charge and me and her other grandchild help her! It has been a fun journey and allows us to spend more time with her.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood has grown near and dear to my heart. I have been coming down to Fort Morgan since I was a newborn! My grandparents built a beach house on their family land down Fort Morgan Road, just .2 miles from Gulf Shores Plantation, and this is where we spent all of our summers, creating unforgettable memories and meeting friends that turned to family. One thing I admire most about the neighborhood is even though it is more secluded, it has grown into its own little beach town.

There are amazing restaurant options: Sassy Bass Island Grill, Sassy Bass Amazin’ Grill, Fort Morgan Pizza, Jesse’s on the Bay, Tacky Jack’s, and so many more!

Beautiful walking scene: Morning walks are unbeatable down Fort Morgan, even at Gulf Shores Plantation, and the walk around Kiva Dunes.

Quiet and relaxing: Rarely do you see large or loud groups at the complex or along the beaches. This area is catered to families and snowbirds, offering a more relaxing and calm environment.
