Venez au paradis et séjournez dans cette belle location de vacances de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Ce condo est juste sur la plage au 11ème étage du Phoenix X. Il y a assez de place pour 10 personnes dormir confortablement.

· Les télévisions à écran plat sont dans les chambres et le salon.

· Le salon a un canapé-lit Queen et un combo DVD / magnétoscope.

· Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les principaux appareils en acier inoxydable, dosseret de carreaux et comptoir en Corian.

· Le coin repas comprend une table pouvant accueillir six personnes et un bar de cuisine avec deux tabourets..

· Lit king size et lecteur DVD / magnétoscope dans la chambre principale.

· Combinaison douche et baignoire dans la salle de bain principale.

Very nice condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Phoenix X. It was a very clean unit and all of the staff had great hospitality! It rained some but the kids were able to play racquetball and swim in the indoor pool. Location is great also!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids from 18 to 7 and had plenty of space! The location was out of town but close enough to still enjoy the restaurants and shops!

Very nice condo!

The condo was very spacious and nice! Plenty of room for all of us. The condo could have been cleaner. The dishwasher was still full of dishes when we arrived. Also a few outlets didn't work. Overall we enjoyed the condo!

Loved the Condo, Loved the lay out of condo, very clean, Only thing I would change is some black out curtains on all windows. The beds in the guest room with the 2 full beds were so noisy, they need a better foundation on those beds,, other than that, all was great,

weekend beach getaway

Property was great! clean, convenient and well appointed The weather and the beach were perfect! However, when checking in-- ( check in time posted was 5pm) We arrived well after 5 pm and was told room was not ready. - but would alert us when it was ready -- It was about an hour later when it was ready So I asked the if we could have a later check out since our room was not ready as posted. I was told that there was no way that would be possible/ or allowed SO----- it's possible and allowed that Check in is LATE but check out cannot be. ? hmmm..... I will book thru VRBO again but not with Brett Robinson as the property manager

Poor cleaning

I was disappointed with this condo. The condo was not worth the price. I have stayed in much nicer condos like the Caribe (although not on the beach but beautiful condos)for much less. The cleaning did not meet my standards. As soon as I walked in there was some gooey spot on the floor in the foyer. I complained to the front desk so they had someone come in and mop again. It was still there when I returned. I scubbed it off with vinegar. I could still see crumbs on the floor. The remote to the bedroom was on the floor behind the bed after I searched for it high and low. The balcony light was out. I called twice and they said they would put a work order down. When I departed it still wasn't fixed. I found a few pots and pans that looked like they weren't cleaned well. Had to rewash. Overall we had a nice time except for the cleanliness of the condo. Mind you there are college kids cleaning from what I heard. But u are paying a hefty cleaning fee for poor service.

Furniture is different, less sleeping area than images show

I chose this property in order to accommodate our kids sleeping on the couches. Unfortunately there was only one couch sofa bed. Two families and sibling groups, and I had planned for my twins to sleep on the little couch. Sofa bed and ocean view beds comfy. Extra king extra firm. Did have stock of puzzles, some games and books. The kitchen cupboards were filled to the max with dishes and drinking glasses, but no kid friendly Drinkware. No space to put disposable items. Pantry was a good size. The refrigerator has no working light in it and ice maker shoot a bit messy. The dryer took three hours per load to dry and I mentioned to the front desk. They had someone from maintenance come to inspect and he found the vent pipe 3/4 filled with lint, as well as the dryer itself needing a good clean. Felt like a hotel instead of a home. I do not travel much, but expected a home feel. Check-in could have gone smoother. The parking tickets for dashboard given at check in were for another party and state, so had to go back to get new. Then once in the room we realized that we were shorted on wrist bands required at the property. Eleven stories up and a walk from elevators, so inconvenient. Great staff - so friendly!

Overall good

Cleanliness of property wasn’t that good, some things were broken in condo like tv cable and cabinets. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

beach trip

The condo was as advertised. We enjoyed the stay(short as it was). We did have a small issue with the AC system(drain line stopped up) which was promptly taken care of and did not cause us any issues. Would stay here again, if available.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Phoenix 10 Unit 1104. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It certainly fit our family of 8, and we would definitely stay here again.
