We arrived and lower level ac was off. Which is understandable however it only had small window unit. Hmm south Texas we know thats not enough.. lower lever was hot regardless of window units.. Multiple dead roaches in both levels. Main level counter had a bunch of ants regardless of how many times we cleaned they just kept appearing...pool was very dirty.. pool walls were black
