This house was perfect for a group of 12. By far the best part was the outdoor space, with a pool, fire pit, putting green, and covered area with tv and darts. The outdoor area was even bigger than we expected. Slept all 12 of us comfortably. And great location. Highly recommend!

This was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at! It was exactly like the photos and had every amenity imaginable and then some.We were a family of 8 adults and had fun playing all the games in the backyard, loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the fully equipped kitchen cooking and making cocktails.

Pool was a tremendous relief from the Texas heat, the putting green added a fun casual element to the yard, and the couch/tv area outside made the entire outdoor part of the house a wonderful environment.Communication was smooth and easy—would highly recommend this stay for large groups in Austin.

Great Stay

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this property. The home was easy to get into upon arrival, clean, and big enough for our large group. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions asked and were very helpful overall. I would definitely stay were again next time I come to Austin.

Booked this place for my bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Awesome house with great central hangout area and great backyard/pool! Super close to a brewery and some awesome restaurants!

Living space is comfortable and kitchen is very well appointed and functional. The bedrooms are great and can accommodate a lot of people! We had a really great time here, for a group of 10 people. House was very nice, clean, and with large beds. Lots of activities too (pool, ping pong, darts, etc). Location was amazing, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Stay!!

We could not have asked for a better stay! Our hosts responded very quickly and were always there to answer our questions. So helpful! The house is in a great location and was perfect for 16 of us! It never felt too cramped and they had everything we needed. 5 stars!
