We had the best experience! The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Every detail was considered and the space is a an oasis. Great spot for a getaway as the location was convenient, the apartment was clean, and had everything you could need.

Amazing Harpers Ferry rental

Beautiful, cozy, and private location in Harpers Ferry. The hosts live in the first floor of the home. Guests have their own entrance to the walk out basement which has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, family room.

Lovely stay

This apartment is perfect. Perfect location that is very convenient to Harper's Ferry. The landlords are gracious and friendly, and the apartment is SO well appointed; they thought of everything. They had coffee, an umbrella, extra towels for the hot tub - they even bought creamer for us! We were there off season, but the pool looks lovely, and the patio is super nice with hot tub included. I highly recommend!

Convenient and comfortable

My daughter and I stayed for two nights while visiting Harpers Ferry. Friendly hosts, clean and well stocked home. We had plenty of room to rest and relax. Comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Very close to the national park in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping.

Highway noise

Great rental with many amenities and great location to Harpers Ferry National Historic Park. One minor drawback is close proximity to a busy highway which detracted from outdoor enjoyment, but was not a disturbance inside the rental.

Lower Level Apartment in Lovely Surroundings

We met long time friends there for a few days over Memorial Day. Although the kitchen is small, it was well-stocked with the items we needed. There was a multipurpose appliance that was a toaster, a microwave, and an oven with directions. We used all three. It could use a bigger refrigerator. We also were able to grill hamburgers on an outdoor grill. We had our own patio and the yard is beautiful. My one complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the door locks tricky. The host was very helpful and we had a fun trip.

This was a nice rental. It is a 2 bedroom basement apartment. It was clean and well-maintained, tastefully decorated. The owners are very hospitable. The location was very convenient to the Harpers Ferry National Historic Park. There is a small refrigerator. We only stayed 2 nights, so that wasn't a problem, but if we were staying for a whole week, it might have been nice to have a bigger refrigerator. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities ! We would definitely stay here again !

First off, not as private as the listing may seem. The owners are directly upstairs the whole time with a giant window looking out and the hot tub just under it. Property was kept up and quaint. For the money in winter I had my reservations. The owners were very sweet and welcoming and the apartment itself was great. Comfortable and clean. Smelled like cigarette smoke the first night so we had to close the vents. I do recommend a stay here, just hope that my review will allow anyone searching properties to know how private it actually is.

Beautiful space - smoker friendly

This is a lovely location and a comfortable stay. Friendly hosts greeted us and made sure we were welcomed. Tucked away neighborhood within walking distance of the park and shuttle. Three minor things impacted our stay and are not at the fault of owners. 1) rainy weather, which unfortunately meant more time inside and 2) we didn’t like being inside the space because it smelt of cigarette smoke. This I fault with the Evolve team because I called and specifically asked for medical reasons if the owners were smokers or if smoking happened on property. They claimed it was smoke free. The owners are smokers and use the space just outside the home. The reality is that it is not smoke free and needs to be advertised as such for the health of guests. 3) the sound of the highway intruded on the sanctuary of the beautiful garden. If those things don’t bother you then you’ll have a great time.

Perfect Place To Stay

Absolutely perfect location - the shortest walk to National Park where you take a free shuttle to downtown Harpers Ferry and all the beautiful hiking trails. Saves you so much time and money. The property is beautiful - so warm and cozy. Dan is a professional artist and a lot of his paintings hang throughout the house. There is also a working fireplace, a gorgeous backyard, a private tiki bar, and (the best part) a hot tub. It was perfection. Dan and Diane could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Everything was there -- from coffee and tea to towels for the pool to shampoo and conditioner. They take care of everything. They are so friendly but also so respectful of your privacy, which was perfect. I really hope to return next fall!

A little misleading but it was ok.

While all advertised amenities are accurate what the host doesn't tell you is as important. My sister and I are both tall, 5'10" and 5'11". There was a duct inside the bedrooms that we had to duck under when entering and exiting the rooms. Also, while you are warned that the hosts are on site you are not informed that you are staying in their attached basement. There is not any access from their unit to yours but you can hear all of their conversations and smell their food cooking. One other odd thing that I noticed was there is no thermostat in the unit to control the heat. There is a gas fireplace you can use but the directions for the unit say not to use while sleeping. A couple of issues occured amd were resolved in a timely manner.

Amazing stay in HF

This space is great for a small family or friends who are looking to escape to West Virginia. Right near Harpers Ferry national park, near to the major hikes in the area, and all the great wineries. Hot tub and pool are lovely as is their outdoor space. Indoor space is so cozy and the rooms and beds are great. It is a kitchenette just an fyi but it is adorable and very functional. Highly recommend staying the hosts are so sweet and accomodating. 10/10 recommend.
