Property is in a great central location to all things in Cincinnati and the surrounding areas! Home is mostly updated and perfect for 2 people. Communication with host was impeccable! Smooth, timely, and professional. Would consider staying here again the next time we are in town!

Check-in was very welcoming and easy, hosts were communicative and quick to respond to questions! The rooms were clean and well decorated, it was a very cute and quiet stay during the mornings and evenings when we were there. Location is perfect, with great access to the city. Lovely stay all around!

If you’re coming to Cincinnati to do a lot of things downtown this this is not the place to stay unless you mind driving a distance. We just wanted a nice, safe, comfortable spot and we were not disappointed. The host was always quick to communicate when I had questions.

Easy check in. Appreciate the quick communication from our host. The place is cute, super functional. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Cinci for a swim wet at the YMCA - can’t beat the proximity! And the bed was very comfortable!

Exactly as Described!

We were in town visiting family, and used this as a place to sleep. We were out and about all day. It was surprisingly quiet, and just as described. The host was quick with communication. Thank you!

Cozy Koenig was just the right size for two travelers. It was easy to find and the communication from the owner was easy and clear. The house was clean and easy to access. There is a lot to do in Cincinnati and this is centrally located to major sporting venues and events. Our destination was Jungle Jim’s International Market which was fantastic but be prepared to spend some time there. I would highly recommend this property and when returning to Cincinnati I would search for Cozy Koenig first! Thank you for sharing your home!
