It has an underground parking place and it has all the amenities necessary for a very cozy and comfortable living. There are many great restaurants and terraces in the park nearby, there is also a lake, a shopping mall nearby. It is a very exclusive and quiet area with a lot of green zones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking, you have towels, bedsheets, cleaning products and equipments at your disposal.
All rooms are air conditioned, in the living room there is a fireplace, a big screen led TV and a soundbar with surround system. Also you have WIFI and acces to TV channels online.
