Host was very informative and responded to questions timely. The apartment was clean and close to the MGM and trams should you want to roam the strip; we used the tram to get to the sphere. Overall great location and would stay their again if the need arrases.

Loved the signature suite. Nice added touches like the chairs & mini table for the patio while we were there. Very clean, well stocked with dishes & glasses. Plenty of linens, comfortable bed, fast and effortless communication.

What a rare treat to have a full kitchen and balcony at a Las Vegas resort. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Amazing bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and the bed has an unbelievably comfortable mattress! The view from the 12th floor was fantastic - we were able to see the sphere from the bedroom which was amazing! The check in and check out process was seamless with pleasant and accommodating desk clerks. We would be interested in going back to this condo, for the owner was very responsive.

The condo was as represented. It was clean, check in was easy and location was excellent to area entertainment. One observation: The balcony is right above the Palm Tree Beach Club pool complex. When the complex was open there was constant music and DJ activity. That's from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on the days we were there. With patio door closed we could not hear the music just a constant Thump, Thump, Thump. Will not stay here again for that reason.

Great location for accessing MGM and Ceasars properties. Well equipped kitchen with good appliances (shockingly fast ice maker). Super comfortable bed, room has effective blackout curtains as well. Once the beach club closes at 7pm there is no sound from outside, easy to get to sleep. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at The Signature at MGM. The room was exactly what we needed. We have having multiple large bathrooms and a kitchen. We really enjoyed the location being away from the craziness but close enough to walk to the MGM and it was very easy catching cabs/Lyfts from the front. Barry was a great host. We will definitely be booking again on future stays!

I enjoyed the stay. The host was available and communicated quickly and efficiently. The rooms were clean and ready upon arrival. Easy check in and check out. The space is 10 min walk to the strip! I will definitely use this space again. It made the entire Las Vegas experience smooth.

The pool was nice with plenty shade and sunny areas. We went for the Mountain West mens basketball championship. Had a wonderful time, very nice condo. All in all it was very centrally located to strip.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so spacious. Everything you could need in a kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and has big pillows!! Great view from the windows. Had a lot of fun people watching from the patio. It’s a nice, quiet place to escape to in the evenings. It’s so easy to get the strip by foot or tram. We will definitely book again!!
