Stunning A-frame Cabin - Architecture provides mountain views throughout, it also boasts an open living concept, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Were not local to the area so we wont have the privilege to meet you ourselves. However, we have an incredible team in the area, it would be their pleasure to assist you.
The house is in a very quiet family-friendly residential neighborhood with spectacular 180 degree views 🏛️. Set in a very serene setting surrounded by trees behind the property. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, listen to the owls and birds, watch the fog roll through the mountains. It's truly so peaceful🌿
✔ The location📍 of our cabin is INCREDIBLE, no need to take 5 or 7 windy back roads which can take you 40 minutes to travel into town.
✔ It's less than 10 minutes to Downtown Boone & App State University 🚶♀️ and an easy drive 30 to 40 minutes to ALL of our 3 Major Skii Mountains: App, Beech & Sugar Mountain.
You'll have the entire cabin for your private use. The Garage 🚗 is currently used as a Flex Space but can park 1 vehicle in the even its needed 🚘. One Closet is OFF Limits due to use as supply closet.
The stunning A-frame cabin 🏡 architecture provides mountain views throughout, it also boasts an open living concept, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
✔ Inside of the cabin, you will feel completely at ease, it's meticulously clean, furnished with modern yet rustic furniture and decor. Handmade furnishings throughout by local mountain craftsman, soft luxurious rugs, blankets, linens.
★The Kitchen★
The kitchen is wonderfully functional and offers a clean, modern aesthetic. It comes stocked with everything you would need to make a delicious meal 🍽️. Coffee and tea are also provided to make your mornings more enjoyable 🌅.
★The Bedroom 🛋️★
✔ Primary Bedroom, features;
• Cloud like king size bed with beautiful views
• Recliner
• Smart TV
★ And a beautiful master bath featuring a jetted soaker tub and dual vanity.
✔ Following the Primary, is the Second Bedroom which features;
• A queen size bed
• Gas fireplace
• Workspace
• And smart tv.
★ This room has convenient access to garden and outdoor hot tub. 3 Piece Bathroom located just outside of bedroom, featuring a stand up shower .
✔ Enjoy the Open Loft which is the third bedroom, featuring;
• A bunk with full on bottom
• And twin on top.
Have fun with friends and family playing foosball, shuffleboard and board games.
★ The third full bathroom is located in the loft which features a shower tub combo 🧴.

Our family has been traveling to the Blue Ridge Mountains for over 5 years now and every time we go back we feel as though we never want to leave, so we finally made the big decision to buy in Boone, NC. As a military family, we often need to escape the stress of military life and this home, the mountains and the people are just incredible. We will retire in this cabin and the mountains. We know that by sharing this beautiful place with others, those memories and experiences will make an impact in the lives of others.
Why they chose this property
After searching for almost 7 months, when we pulled up to this cabin and got out of the car we were just awe struck by the feeling we got! Once we stepped inside and saw the beauty of the wood, fireplace, large ceilings and open living space and the potential of making it feel like ours. That was it.
We have spent a year doing remodeling, fixing it up, furnishing it! We have put our heart and soul into it top to bottom, cleaning up the landscaping you name it. We hope that you can see that in our photos and video tours!

What makes this property unique
The Location is perfect, private yet close to major roads, gas stations grocery and downtown town + the parks.
The minute you step out of your car and see that view, it will overtake you, its just magical, brings a sense of peace, calmness and joy.
Once you open that front door it really hits you, like WOW! The craftsmanship furnishings and rustic yet modern decor, we have been told its straight out of a magazine. And as of April 2018 we were in-fact in a magazine (Airbnb featured our cabin, which was so exciting)
Enjoy lunch on the deck, read a good book, snuggle by the fireplace, play games with the family.It's really an experience not just a place to stay.
