This guest house has all the amenities: kitchen (no dishwasher) living area, full bathroom, two bedrooms with Queen size beds and parking for up to three cars. The guest house is located across the street from City Park, which offers a splash pad and play structures, and MacDonald Park waterfront trail and swimming beach.

The host was very easy to communicate with and she left a few tasty treats for us and allowed us to have a very flexible check in and check out time which was greatly appreciated. The place was very clean and the beds were also very comfortable. The location was perfect and there was ample free parking space - enough for 2 cars if you are traveling with friends. We highly recommend and will be back in the future!

We had an amazing weekend in Kingston sight seeing. We were very pleased with the quaint cozy heritage coachouse. All amenities we needed were provided and it was a very comfortable peaceful place. Would recommend and book again if we ever find ourselves visiting Kingston again.

Check in was very smooth and Susanne was easy to communicate with. The bottle of bubbly and chocolates in the fridge was a nice welcome especially since we were celebrating a birthday! The Carriage House is lovely and very clean with everything we needed. It is close to the waterfront which was great for us since we love being by water! A wonderful weekend at the Carriage House!
