So kind of you 😊 I really appreciate your kind words. Please come again any time.
The location of this charming vacation rental is top notch. You are right by the water, within walking distance to the hospital and university. Suzanne is very communicative and accommodating to help her guests.
Great spot right by the water and Queen's university. Was perfect for our needs. Quiet, some basic staples in the kitchen and two very comfortable beds. Would recommend to others and I would stay there again in the future.

So kind of you and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Come and stay again any time!
Amazing space, beautifully clean, extremely well supplied and very comfortable. Host accomodated early check-in and late departure, and is e extremely kind and responsive. We will be back!
The host was very easy to communicate with and she left a few tasty treats for us and allowed us to have a very flexible check in and check out time which was greatly appreciated. The place was very clean and the beds were also very comfortable. The location was perfect and there was ample free parking space - enough for 2 cars if you are traveling with friends. We highly recommend and will be back in the future!
We had an amazing weekend in Kingston sight seeing. We were very pleased with the quaint cozy heritage coachouse. All amenities we needed were provided and it was a very comfortable peaceful place. Would recommend and book again if we ever find ourselves visiting Kingston again.
Check in was very smooth and Susanne was easy to communicate with. The bottle of bubbly and chocolates in the fridge was a nice welcome especially since we were celebrating a birthday! The Carriage House is lovely and very clean with everything we needed. It is close to the waterfront which was great for us since we love being by water! A wonderful weekend at the Carriage House!
The place is amazing, close to Lake Ontario and across from a large park. Walking distance from downtown via the trail along Lake Ontario or any of the streets that have lots of history. Location is easy to find and check in and check out was amazing. The place feels like home and is cozy. Well kept and clean and everything we needed was there. Definitely will rent again and Suzanne is a super host.
