Newly renovated! New rental! This pet-friendly one-story open floor plan three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house offers over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space and a screened-in back porch.
You'll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened-in back porch with outdoor seating. There is also a smaller patio off the kitchen area.
The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a separate commode room. The master also has a large walk-in closet. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, 43" TV
Third Bedroom: 2 - Twin beds, 32" TV
Living Room: Queen Sleeper sofa, 55" TV
