Located a three minute drive (or easy bike ride) to the Delaware Bay, or a 10 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean, this renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything you need to relax in New Jersey's original seaside resort town. Located along the Cape May Canal, Mer Sea has a fully fenced in yard surrounded by trees - enjoy full privacy close to all that Cape May has to offer! Mer Sea Farmhouse offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed retreat, perfect for families or groups. The first floor features a primary suite with a king-size bed, cozy office nook, and a full en-suite bathroom. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, powder room with laundry, a dining room that comfortably seats 10, and a welcoming living room with a large sectional sofa and smart Wi-Fi TV. Enjoy relaxing in the enclosed sunroom or on the covered front porch. Upstairs, the second floor includes two generously sized bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and the other with two queen beds—along with a full bathroom and a charming library landing. The third-floor sleeping loft offers additional accommodations with two twin beds, making it an ideal space for kids or extra guests. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and yard. While there is a separate owner's cottage and shed on the property, they will remain unoccupied and unused throughout your stay, ensuring complete privacy and a peaceful experience. The 4th bedroom is an open loft room with two extra long twin beds.

A Peaceful and Beautiful Getaway

We had a wonderful trip with a group of 10 people. The house is very cozy and gave us a true sense of peace and relaxation. The beds were very comfortable, and the house in general had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for our getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.
