Accommodating up to six guests, the sleeping arrangements include 2 queen-sized beds and a sectional sleeper sofa in the living area,. The loft also includes in-unit laundry facilities and tv's in each bedroom and the living area.
This pet-friendly unit allows you to bring your furry friends along to enjoy the space and the city with you.

Framingham/Worcester Line - Back Bay stop is at a 4 minute walk from the apartment.
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Since ownership our team is striving to renovate all of the units to an upscale, luxury standard so as we finalize the work in the lower level there will also be updates taking place throughout the building and on the exterior to create historic, Boston elegance.
