Industrial-modern studio with all the amenities, including green solar energy, luxurious plush queen bed AND queen sleeper-sofa bed, full kitchen, beautiful bathroom, laundry and outdoor front patio located across from large urban park.
Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom for all your home away from home needs. Relax in the tranquil modern space and soak in the cool vibes of Portland.

This studio boasts modern touches like concrete counters, brick wall, rain shower head, Smart TV, energy efficient mini-split heat/cooling system and much more!
You will have the unit all to yourself with the owners living next door if anything is needed.

Eat-in kitchen offers 4 counter stools and everything you need for cooking a full meal. The bathroom is fully stocked with everything you should possibly need for a week away. We provide a washer/dryer for your laundry needs and closet space to unpack and make yourself at at home.

Relax on the patio overlooking the local park with your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

The unit is yours while you stay here. Separate covered and lighted entrance and patio from the main house. There is ample street parking all throughout the neighborhood and directly in front of the unit.

The owners are available for questions or advice via the app or text. The Modern Studio Guide Book is available in the house. It offers great local recommendations for food and beverages, attractions, or anything you might be seeking. It also gives instructions on how everything in the house operates.

Please note the following:

*For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located above garage doors.

*We strictly enforce no parties/gatherings and any additional guests must be disclosed and approved.

*Our City of Portland Permit # is available upon request. The city requires all hosts to obtain the full name of each guest staying as well as the home address and license plate of any vehicles on the property.

*Guests will be able to hear the Portland International Racetrack when they have events.

*There is a train that occasionally passes about a 1/2 mile away.

*For anyone with severe allergies, please note that although pets are not allowed, occasionally the owners dogs are in the unit.

I work too much, but enjoy watching sports (horrible at playing sports), being a foodie, hanging out with friends & family, and loving on my two Ridgebacks and one Husky. I mostly travel for work, which is terrible. I should change that. I recently became a host on here and have loved every minute of welcoming guests to the Studio!
