- Pet Policy: We will allow up to 3 dogs to stay the fees are the following: $25 per stay per dog and $100 additional pet cleaning fee. This will be collected after your reservation is booked through the app. We ask that you keep dogs off the human beds and couches.
- No smoking inside our home
- Damages: Please treat our home as your own. Please notify us right away if anything is damaged
- No Weapons: For the safety and comfort of all guests, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly prohibited on the property
- No refunds for weather, amenity closures, travel changes, shortened stays, or power/internet outages beyond our control. Review our cancellation policy before booking. For added protection, consider travel insurance.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house. We have stayed for two weeks the past 2 years. Everything was great and we brought our 2 dogs. We loved the Kayaking, fire pit and hot tub. A great place!

Loved the setting right on the water. The hosts communication about every detail was amazing!! We enjoyed the absolutely amazing views!! Nice cozy getaway!! We will try for this same spot again next year!!

The kitchen was very tiny and hard to maneuver with 1 person let alone two. The location was nice and the place itself was nice. The weather didn't cooperate so we spent very little time outside by the water or fire pit areas. Thanks!

Overall, this place was perfectly functional for our trip — the inside did the job and we were comfortable enough. That said, I'd encourage future guests to go in with realistic expectations.The location showed its age more than the listing photos suggest. The surrounding area felt a bit tired and run down, which affected the overall vibe. The stay was fine for what it was. But if curb appeal and a polished neighborhood setting matter to you, this one might not be the right fit.

Despite the daily rain and storms, the kayaks were so much fun when we could fit them in. We now have some avid fisherman as well. The girls caught more fish than Dad once they got the hang of it! We were also able to enjoy some time at the Fire ring one evening and got the s’mores made before the rain chased us back inside.We didn’t have use of the washer since it stopped working early in the week and hadn’t been repaired by the time we left. The kitchen had most everything we needed. Minor suggestions to make the cabin safer: A grab bar by the shower and something to place soap or a shampoo bottle on other than the shower floor. A motion sensor light or a spotlight at the bottom of the outside stairs. It was quite dark the one night we sat by the fire and the steps were difficult to see. The lights on the path leading to the dock need repaired or replaced as well as many of the hanging lights. My husband is visually impaired , much worse at night and lighting is crucial for him to safely navigate.We enjoyed the big dining room table where we played games and colored. We had everything else we needed for a pleasant stay.

Great location right on the water. The host even had a crib and high chair which made traveling with a small child easier having to pack a few less items. The host was easy to contact and provided a ton of information that made checking in easy. If your looking for a quiet getaway on the lake this is the place to rent.

We were very disappointed with this property, particularly with how our concerns were handled by Justin, the property manager.The morning of check-in, Justin told us the washing machine would be unavailable for our entire 5-night stay. As a family of six, we had packed expecting to do laundry. He initially offered no solution or compensation and, when I explained the problem, simply suggested a laundromat down the road. Only after I said this was unacceptable did he arrange a repairman. We had to take time from our vacation to be home with our dog during repairs, yet the washer was never fixed.I understand appliances break; the bigger issue was the dismissive handling and constant effort required to get responses. Justin eventually offered 190 back on our 2,700 stay, which I accepted because I was tired of chasing him.The house itself was run-down and poorly maintained, with extremely uncomfortable furniture and beds. More seriously, a loose threshold at the top of the stairs nearly caused my daughter's boyfriend to fall, and the popcorn machine sparked while our children were using it.The listing photos appear to be the same ones from when the house was purchased about three years ago and did not reflect its current condition. Numerous items were broken or loose; my husband even got tools from our car and made several repairs himself.Overall, the condition, safety issues, missing amenity, and poor management made this a very disappointing stay.

House was cozy, however needs much tlc inside and out. The freezer did not produce any ice from the door ice maker. All of the door handles on the bedrooms were wobbly and loose. Both of the toilets in the bathrooms were a little loose.The back dock landing area lights were all broken. None of them worked.The biggest concern for us was realizing how many wooden steps there were in the house. My husband is disabled and our golden is 12 years old and not used to steps like that so it was really hard for both of them all week other than that, it is a beautiful place. We were not able to enjoy the weather as it was rainy on and off all week except for the last day. there are so many things to do in the Poconos though to make up for it. So much fun hiking.These are my honest opinions from what we saw and witnessed. I just wish we would’ve known about the steps most of all it.

Our stay at this property was very good. The host was on point and communication was very good. The house was clean when we arrived. Our stay was during some poor rainy weather and there was no broom to sweep up the mess from entering the house while we were there. Other than that single minor issue it was s great stay!

Everything was perfect and just as mentioned in the property description. Our only regret is that we only spent five nights—I would've stayed much longer. We loved everything about the property, community, and the home's central location. Communications were easy and responsive, and they provided all check-in and check-out directions automatically, which felt well-managed. Thank you for such a lovely time for our family!
