The problem we had is that we paid in full for our king size room with balcony . We were delayed a day and when we arrived our room was given to another person ! They were able to give us 2 queens no balcony instead . Which we had to wait for it to be cleaned . We asked if we could stay an extra day with them and they said no : when we were leaving we ran into 2 different people who were able to get a room for an extra night. Anyway I was shocked that our room was not available and given a different non king room and disappointed that I had no balcony !! I did not give the hotel a hard time I instead brought the issue to VRBO , since I rented through them . We were good guests excepting I guess that we opened a complaint with VRBO .
