The 410 Farmyard will be your new home away from home! This farm-inspired house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood right off the highway. It's a great place to relax & unwind with family and friends...large patio, grill, firepit, board games, and two living rooms with Roku TVs. If you are an Iowa State fan, Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum are only 4 miles from the house! If you enjoy the outdoors, there are tons of trails and parks nearby. We look forward to hosting you :)

Communication was great - We needed to set up a time for the crib rental person to come in and set up and tear down the crib we had rented - very accommodating for this -- SO appreciated this! Made traveling with our 3 and 1 year old grandchildren and kids easy! Great home to stay in for our whole family - kids, grandkids and grandparents. Great location - plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend!

Wonderful, clean and spacious home with all of the amenities we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to campus and many restaurants. We would highly recommend and love to stay again. Cassie was very timely in answering any questions we had.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. We were in town to see a concert at Stephen’s auditorium and this was the perfect location. The house was impeccably decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. I only wish we had been in town during warmer months so we could enjoy the great patio area!

Welcoming, and we had to travel with our dogs. Everything you could image was there, and lots of extra touches, like homemade bread and jam. Our host was so warm and welcoming as well, and very quick to respond.

This house was perfect for our family of 6, while we moved our oldest into college for the first time. Our fur babies were able to travel with us and whomever was not up for unpacking at the dorm could relax at the house. It was beautifully decorated and a relaxing space overall. We hope to be back whenever we travel to Ames!

It was a perfect trip for us to catch up with our adult children and watch FIFA. The puppies were so happy to travel with us and totally enjoyed the back yard. Thank you for affording us a comfortable family time experience.
