Relax in this 2 bedroom private basement apartment in south Denver. The house is nestled in a quiet south Denver neighborhood with easy access to all areas of the City as well as a quick jaunt to the mountains.

Please note: Your host lives in the upstairs of the house. The basement apartment has a separate entrance and is a private space. The backyard is a shared area which you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.

The roomy living area is perfect for hanging out with your family, playing games, or relaxing for a nice movie night. The kitchenette area has a small refrigerator, air fryer oven, Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods are included), and electric kettle as well as a small dining table that sits four. Dishes, silverware, and glasses are all provided. Please note, there is not a full kitchen, only the appliances listed here.

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, feather-down pillows, and plenty of blankets to keep you warm in the Colorado winter. A window AC unit is installed during the hotter winter months and additional space heaters provided during the winter months. There is plenty of storage space for your suitcases and clothes with large closets in each room as well as full size dressers.
