The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout is at 11:00 AM with a 15-minute grace period. Please note: A $100 late fee per hour applies for any late checkouts past 11:15 AM unless previously approved by me.
Leave the key card on the kitchen counter before leaving. Lost or missing key cards will result in a $50 fee.
If checking out on Monday, bring the gray trash can to the road. If checking out on Tuesday, bring the green bin to the road. All other days, just consolidate your trash & take it to the outdoor bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house, clean and open, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located but out of the main traffic. Bed was also super comfortable, which isn't typical in a rental. Will definitely stay again.
