Please leave all used beds unmade. Do not strip the linens.
Gather all used towels and place them on the floor in front of the washer. Note: Please do not start any laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7AM): Since this is a bottom-floor unit, please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone!
Occupancy &amp; Visitors: Only the documented number of guests (maximum 4) are allowed on the property overnight. Any visitors must depart by 11 PM.
No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free property. An additional cleaning fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking is found indoors.
