This bright and spacious studio is complete with a private balcony offering mesmerizing sea views. Inside, you’ll find a luxurious king bed and a cozy sofa bed, perfect for two guests, or two adults with up to two children (under 14).



The bathroom features an enclosed shower with fresh towels provided for your comfort.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



Please be advised that a fit-out work is currently taking place in one of the units in the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.



Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.
