Property was clean and conveniently located to pigeon forge. There was many extras in this cabinRefrigerator on each floor, bathrooms for each bedroom, game room and theater room. We're a group of senior citizens and would definitely stay here again We had a small issue upon check in that was promptly addressed by our host

The cabin was very spacious and the location was great, just far enough off the strip to fell like you’re in the mountains but a 5 min drive puts you in town. The views are from the balconies are amazing.

Fantastic cabin for our 1613 Men's Conference livestream!! The 15 seat theater made for the perfect setting, and we had more than enough space for sleeping!! I would highly recommend this cabin for any church retreat due to it's accessibility and location.

The location of this cabin is excellent for all the Pigeon Forge festivities. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We also had plenty of room for our ladies group (14) to eat together. Each bedroom has its own bath (plus two more half baths), and that made it such an enjoyable trip! The elevator is a very nice bonus!

The cabin was beautiful. The views were spectacular. Close to all major activities in the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. The game room could use a little work. Everything up there is a little off. But we were so busy, we really weren’t up there much. Overall we had a great time. Great communication with host. Easy check in /check out. Would happily stay there again!

I am giving a two star review due to the beds, bathtubs/bathrooms, and couch’s. The view is incredible, location of cabin is convenient and the accommodations of service animals was great! the movie theater was a nice plus too! As far as the other things go, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, i believe they were actual boxsprings. The bathtubs in some of the bathrooms had a near three foot ledge you had to step over to get into the shower, the vanities were very small and would barely hold a toothbrush on the edge. You could hardly sit on the couch’s due to basically just sitting on bars from the pull outs because the cushions were in such poor condition. For as much as it costed after fees, i would not book again.

Very nice cabin, nice beds and rooms.Every single game in the game room was broken, foosball table had no balls, pool table so out of level balls rolled to 1 corner, air hockey was just not usable, arcade game would freeze up while playing. The hot tub would not heat up above 75. I gave 3 stars because the beds were nice.

We enjoyed the mountain view from top floor. Overall it was enjoyable. property manager Stacey was very cooperative she picked our call very late night and supported. Owner guided us through the check-in process promptly.

Nice property in a great location - close to the Parkway. The kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. There is a beautiful view off the deck and it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Big plusses were the hot tub, which was very relaxing, and the elevator, which worked like a charm. Just a couple of concerns: 1. The bathtubs in 4 of the bathrooms were very difficult to get into/out of - you had to sit and swing your legs over the edge since they were too deep & wide to step into/out of comfortably and the grout could use some scrubbing. However, there were additional bathrooms with two showers that the majority of our large group used; 2. The grill was unusable likely due to general overuse that occurs in these types of rental properties. I notified the owners and they were appreciative of the feedback and stated they would fix that issue as soon as possible. However, we had to change our cooking methods as a result of this issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owners for any questions/issues we had.

The place was amazing with a spectacular view even from the hot tub! Host was very communicative! Second day in, they reached out to see if everything was good! That was an extra touch I've never had before. We combined 4 different families coming from all over the USA, the space was perfect. for everyone and they also had their own privacy! We used All the amenities and had a GREAT TIME! Thank you for making my mom's 75th birthday memorable! She loved the card and extra treats.

Great location, amazing view (pics don’t do it justice) and very spacious. We had 7 people plus a dog. Movie theater was awesome. Hot tub was nice with the view especially. House was an end unit on the street which made it feel private. There is a little strip of grass along the street for a dog to “potty” but no open land for a dog to run/play, etc. Our dog is old and this wasn’t an issue but FYI for future guests with pets. There is a ramp to the main floor (helpful). All stairs are on the outside of the building (4 floors). Elevator on the inside. This was great for the older folks in our party. It moves very slow but it’s a plus for this property. Grab bars by the showers but be careful jumping the hurdle to get in (wood casings around tubs were quite thick). Responsive host who delivered a new Keurig when the original broke. House could use a little TLC (like oil on ALL the door hinges), etc but everyone loved the property and would stay again.
