This beautifully restored home is located in the Green Acres area of Tyler, Texas. The property is verdant with lush greenery and trees, complimented by a creek that runs behind the fenced-in backyard. A patio outback provides a pleasing place to relax and enjoy a meal. The common areas of the house are comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated, with ample storage. The kitchen is fully supplied with an array of tools and appliances needed to cook. The house has modernized central heat and air and comes with a utility room equipped with a full sized washer and dryer.
Upon entering, take in the custom tile art, curated portraits and paintings, metal sculpture in the kitchen, and beautifully hand-made stain glass light fixtures. Take advantage of a nice cup of coffee or tea and settle down to a relaxing movie with Smart TVs equipped in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Spend some quality time with family using some of our provided board games and puzzles- if you have a favorite board game, let us know!
