Three bedroom apartment by the sea

The apartment has three bedrooms and a spacious living room/kitchen, kitchen is fully equipped and has two refrigerators and a dishwasher. The apartment also has two bathrooms and three balconies with a beautiful view, one of the balconies has a table on which you can dine. It has five beds, extra bed(couch) and can accommodate up to nine persons. If the guests have any questions or problems they can freely contact me, I live in a house nearby.
The apartment is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, most of the houses around are also renting apartments, there are several beautiful beaches in the area.
There is a restaurant, cafe, small store and bus station about 1 km from the apartment, the bus drives every half and hour to the city.
