In order to access the complex or property we need to send us 1 day before booking the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the plaque of their vehicles, otherwise access to the project can be difficult since the staff of this project only work time and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

Upon arrival:

We will greet you with a few bottles of water, coffee, toilet paper, soap and a shampoo canister to make you feel comfortable from the moment you are.

Recommendations prior to your arrival:

We suggest you visit the supermarket to stock up on the following:

- Food Products
- Cleaning Products
- Personal Hygiene Products

Alternatively, we can manage the cleaning of the property during your stay at an extra cost.

We inform you that electricity in Punta Cana is one of the most expensive in all of America (US$ 0.35). For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and guarantee a quality experience, we request an energy aid of US$15 per night that will be requested by the Resolutions Center. If you are unable to make this contribution, please refrain from renting.

If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.

This amount is used exclusively to support the cost of electricity consumption during your stay, as electricity in our area represents a considerable expense.
