Located in LaFollette, Tennessee near Norris Lake and Royal Blue trails, enjoy what this adorable 2-bedroom 2 bath Country Cottage has to offer. With a cozy king bed and a charming queen bed, guests can relax in style. The property also features a lovely living room with optional air mattresses and bedding for extra sleeping space. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our little piece of heaven.

A comfy place to get away and enjoy with your family and friends
Located on 16 acres of greenery to explore nature or use as a base for other area activities- Norris Lake, 4- wheeling /ATV riding and plenty of marinas close by.
Lots of parking/space for boat trailer, etc.
We live on the property and are readily available.
Say hi to our chickens who provide you with eggs during your stay!
Up to two (well-behaved) dogs welcome for an additional fee.

Accessibility:
The front and back doors have decks, but there is a sliding glass entry in back with just a 1 step platform.
The full bath has a large walk-in shower (no tub.)
Sleeping:
There is one queen sized platform bed, one king sided platform bed. We have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses with bedding if needed.
Kitchen:
Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware and cooking utensils
Regular coffee maker and a Keurig with some coffee provided. We supply a dozen water bottle and fresh eggs from “our girls” during your visit.
It really is a great little place that guests have described as comfortable and well appointed.

We recommend bringing beach towels if you plan on going to the lake as the towels we provide are bath towels.

Guest Access:
You have the entire home for your use, deck and yard.
Your hosts are TJ & Jackie. We try to be very responsive to reservation questions.
Guest book and Guide Book in the rental- with a few rules/requests as well as information about the marinas. Lake access, other nearby things to do, town amenities, etc.

You share a driveway with us, we’re to the left, but it doesn’t interfere with parking.

We do have to provide for our chickens and tend to the garden and field (when in season) but these are not too close to the get away and we will try not to disturb you.

We list a contact who may be available for hire for pontoon outings in season.

We’re open to specific requests, so feel free to ask!

The property overall was wonderful. Off the beaten path and peaceful outside, open but cozy on the inside. Check in and out directions were easy to follow. The hosts were more than accommodating and the farm fresh eggs was a pleasant surprise.

Rosey's Retreat was spectacular! Everything! The furnishings, decor, privacy, cleanliness; and all the little touches/amenities - from soaps to snacks and especially the farm fresh eggs. The guest book included dining recommendations and other things to see and enjoy in the area. TJ and Jackie were amazing hosts. We will absolutely be back!!! Pam, Kyle, Sally and pets Myla and Harley!

Why they chose this property

Rosey's Retreat is located a little off the beaten path surrounded by hills and mountains in a farm like setting with the sounds of nearby chickens and the neighbor's cows every once in a while. Other than the chickens and birds it's very quiet but you may hear a vehicle drive by, sometimes you can go for an hour or two till a car goes by. Very close to the lake and marinas if your into boating and also if your into four wheeling you can ride your buggy straight from here to the Royal Blue trails plus just riding the country roads back here is pretty cool. About 20 minutes from town.

What makes this property unique

Rosey's Retreat is one of cleanest, comfortable and cozy and quiet places around and plenty of room outside to go for walks or just exploring the surroundings. Beautiful lake homes right down the street that's neat to dream about owning one :)
