Ventana Del Mar Beautiful vacacional house. Best view in town.

Ventana del Mar is an open window to paradise. A luxurious 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home, that showcases local woods and materials to create open and harmonious spaces in the ´green´ gated residential 24/7 security community of Cerro del Vigia.
this vacation home affords spacious views of town, coastal mountain, valleys, the bay, and the open ocean beyond from the al fresco but roofed living area and terrace with your own private dipping pool.
enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
Cooking delicious food from fresh produce and fish from the local market while enjoying the view is spectacular.
Enjoying a cocktail in the pool looking at the bay, watching people on the beach, watching boats and sailboats will become your favorite passtime.
Listening to the birds sing, watching all kind of birds and butterflies is a gift from nature.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I love where we live. La Ropa, is the nicest beach in the area as well as one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area. There are good restaurants around us, we can walk to the beach if we feel adventurous or drive and in 5 min. we could have our feet in the sand, this area is pretty quiet, we enjoy waking up to the sound of the waves, the birds, nature. It cannot get better than this.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Villa Ventana del Mar is so unique, it has character, it is open living, no glass windows but in the shower and sink counters. when you walk through the main door, your jaw drops to the beauty of the scene. The entrance frames, for a moment, the view of what is ahead, the most beautiful scenery, the ocean, the sky, the clouds, the sun, the mountains, town and for a moment everything sits still, and then you immerse deeper into it, then you see the beach, people, boats, sailboats from a distance, it is mesmerizing.
