The property was very clean and the play room was a big hit with the kids. Hot tub was great and the kitchen was stocked very well. There was also adequate garbage bags, soap and shampoo compared to other VRBO properties we have experienced.

This house was perfect for our stay in Charlotte to celebrate the holidays early with extended family. It was super well stocked - the kitchen had plenty of dishes and tools to use to help us prepare our feast, the bathrooms had plenty of towels (as well as separate towels for the hot tub) and the high chair and pack 'n play were both used as well! The hot tub was great, and we fired up the nice grill outside to help with the cooking. The open floor plan made gathering in the living/dining rooms very comfortable, and the game room with the pool table, PacMan game and table hockey all got great use, too.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property for our youth group retreat! You can truly tell how much care and attention to detail the hosts put into creating a welcoming space. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it made a big difference for our group.The kitchen was especially well-stocked, which allowed us to cook and share meals (for 10) together easily—something that was really important for our time as a group. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool table, and those spaces gave them a chance to relax and connect.The beds were incredibly comfortable—honestly, we were all talking about how well we slept as we were packing up Friday morning! It made the stay feel even more restful.The only small recommendation I would suggest is adding a note in the listing about the nearby Walmart not carrying much fresh produce. I did see it mentioned in the guestbook, but having that information ahead of time would have helped with planning, especially since I scheduled a grocery pickup before driving into Charlotte. Of course, that’s not the owners’ responsibility—just something that might help future guests.Overall, we would absolutely love the opportunity to return. It’s clear that a lot of care and heart has gone into this home, and it truly supported a meaningful and memorable retreat for our youth group. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
