A true Premier Luxury Oceanfront Condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. This is one of the nicest 2 bedroom oceanfront condos in Carolina Beach! Our past guest reviews back this up.

This unit is well maintained and has an extensive water color art collection of coastal wild birds by Christine Reichow in all rooms.

This unit has many amenities to make your beach vacation very enjoyable. We have DirecTV with DVR, HD signal and you will watch all that on a 55" LG OLED 4K smart flat screen TV. The unit also includes wireless high speed Spectrum internet. The condo will sleep up to 4 and has a full kitchen with new appliances including ice maker, two new full bathrooms, washer/dryer and a new heating and cooling system. Assigned parking at the building for two vehicles. Easy beach access is next to the building.

Primary bedroom has a queen bed and 55” Samsung Smart TV with DirecTV , Second bedroom has a queen bed, 570 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and plush thick towels are provided for your stay. We think of everything so you don't have to!

This quiet 6 unit complex is sure to make your vacation to the beach relaxing and peaceful.

We have all experienced the superficial cleaning at hotels and rental properties which look clean but upon closer inspection you know it is not. My cleaning service does an exceptional job cleaning and is backed up by the 250 plus 5 star reviews.

We are located 7 blocks north of the boardwalk and fishing pier. The condo has easy access next to the building to get on the beach and this section is one of the best.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put towels into the washer add supplied laundry detergent and start. Leave linens on the beds.
Turn thermostat to 78 summer/60 winter before you leave. All trash needs to be removed and placed in cans located in the carport. Checkout is by 10am.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please do not move any of the furniture around including the dining room table
Please be mindful of the sand brought into unit-rinse off. Extensive sand will result in an increased cleaning charges deducted from security deposit

Upon entering the home, you instantly breath a sigh of relief; as it delivers as advertised. Nice furnishings, clean kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, all the little things that make it special. Nice Visit to Carolina Beach

The place is exactly as shown. Very clean and updated inside. Very nice unit. Easy access to the beach and it is not crowded at all. No complaints at all with the unit itself. The stairway to the unit had a mildew smell and the banister was sticky. We had an issue with the Direct TV but fixed it. The owner was responsive.

Very nice stay at this property right on the ocean @ Carolina Beach. Condo was clean and well-furnished. From early morning on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean, to evenings on the deck with a glass of wine - couldn’t ask for more.

Absolutely Wonderful

The apartment was just as listed. No surprises (of the negative kind!) I was surprised by the comfy bed and soft sheets. I was surprised by the setup of the kitchen; my typical experience with the pots, pans, silverware and etcetera in a rental is that they are fairly cheap and not in good repair. Here, everything was as nice as I would have had it in my own weekender. The cutlery was excellent, sharp, and a pleasure to cook with! The blender was also nice and made some excellent margaritas. As noted in other’s reviews, I was able to watch dolphins from the deck. - just so special for me coming from snowy, in-land Vermont! I think we were the only renters in the whole building, so it was super quiet. I worked most days and the wifi was excellent. I stayed in the back room and did get woken up a couple of times by late-night revellers, but not much can be done about that - it is a beach house, after all!! The location was great, a short drive to anything we needed, and the beach was right there! We did some excursions to Surf City and Topsail (pronounced Top-sull, for the uninitiated), and found many shark teeth fossils, and visited Wilmington, Fort Fisher, and Bald Head Island. A highlight was Flaming Amy’s Burrito Bar in Wilmington- definitely worth the stop. Rick was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely return to this property, and would rent from Rick again..

I grew up in the upper midwest and now enjoy my winters much more along coastal NC with my wife and three children. I currently live just a short 10 minute drive from the beach condo, in Wilmington along the Cape Fear River.

My family and I enjoy the beach and all the activities available around the property.

If an issue ever comes up I can normally handle it quite quickly based on my proximity to the condo.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property so we would have easy beach access and we really enjoy the small town feel of Carolina Beach.

We decided to completely renovate our condo in the style of what I look for when I rent on VRBO. I am super picky and I want a modern freshly renovated property which makes my stay more relaxed and enjoyable.

I hope you find this to be true for you during your stay.

What makes this property unique

When you stay oceanfront, clearly you are choosing a property for the view.

I purchased this property because this condo unlike many has a 9' wall of windows that enhances the view allowing for a very open sense of space. The main living area (kitchen and living room) are in this space.
