The property is a block from the recreation center. Amenities on the recreation center are offered by POA and they are available for use for a small day fee, payable directly at the recreation center.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
-Please load the used towels into washing machine and turn the wash cycle on. Cleaners will do the dry cycle - Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and secured
- Please empty refrigerator, the trash and put them in the trash bins in the car port. Kindly do not leave any loose trash, all items have to be bagged and placed into the trash bin
- Remember to take your personal belongings - Please lock the main door, kitchen doors and patio doors and place back the key in the lockbox and scramble the dial.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PoA and US army corp of engineers restrict the boat docks usage to owners. Guests are not allowed to use the docks
