Beautiful home and very clean! The rooms were nice and big. Perfect for family gathering or girls weekend in Waco! The host was very nice and helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It comfortably accommodated our entire family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. One of our favorite features was the large dining table, it was perfect for gathering together and enjoying meals as a group, which made our time even more special. The house was clean, well set up, and made for a great family stay.

Our family of 10, including grandparents and two families with teens, stayed at The Western Pine over a holiday weekend. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a large group. The hosts were friendly before arrival, accommodated a late checkout request, and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in Waco.Unfortunately, we encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. One shower was difficult to use due to a loose shower head, effectively leaving our large group with only one fully functional shower. We reported it on our first night and were told someone would come by the next day, but no one ever arrived. We also found a broken pool cue, stained bedding, and a backyard with significant leaves and debris that required cleanup before we could fully enjoy the space.After checkout, communication regarding these concerns was disappointing. While the hosts eventually offered a small refund, I felt the responsibility for the unresolved shower issue was shifted back onto us despite reporting it promptly and receiving assurances it would be addressed.Overall, the house has great potential and met many of our needs, but the unresolved maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and handling of guest feedback left us disappointed. Future guests should communicate problems very explicitly and follow up frequently if repairs are needed during their stay.
