The properties provide open living areas downstairs and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the balmy southerly breezes across the front or back screened in porch while sipping your favorite lemonade or Mojito and enjoy the relaxing Caribbean lifestyle as your stress melts away. Amenities include two heated community pools, a gym, and parking for up to two vehicles. Small pets considered with additional fee and owner approval.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having been renting this unit for 8 years and with the large rent increase for 2023, we expected the unit to be in much better shape. Items that we have mentioned to need attention for several years still were not remedied. There were some safety issues that we felt should have been addressed. Because of these maintenance issues we will be renting a different unit for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Key West Golf Course is a great place to stay - fabulous pool and meticulously cared for landscaping. For some reason there were ants in the condo's upstairs bathroom (even though they were completely gone in the kitchen) and an unfinished (cosmetically only) shower surround. Everything else was perfect including beautiful closed in back porches, many pool accessories, backyard grill and well-appointed kitchen.
