COMPLETAMENTE RENOVADO, nuevo dentro - 3BR 3. 5BA condominio ubicado a 1/2 cuadra de la playa en el medio de todo el disfrute de la isla de Fenwick. Piscina comunitaria en el patio trasero (en temporada) y pasos de restaurantes y tiendas. MBR con cama king y control deslizante a la cubierta. Habitación con literas con camas gemelas sobre lleno y nido para acomodar 4. La segunda planta tiene una cocina, comedor, área familiar, chimenea y otra terraza para disfrutar. Segundo MBR con rey y baño completo en el primer piso con barra deslizadora hacia el patio con vista a la piscina. Renovación finalizada en invierno de 2017: pisos nuevos y pintura en todas partes, gabinetes de cocina nuevos, baños, electrodomésticos, muebles, colchones y accesorios. 3 nuevos televisores de 55 ", centro de bebidas ideal para el entretenimiento.

Fantastic beach week! Perfect location with easy beach access half a block away, community pool and walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Beautifully furnished, modern, clean unit stocked with anything you need (meticulously organized and labeled!) plenty of space for family of 4 2 grandparents. Thank you for a great stay!!

Fenwick Getaway

We always have an amazing time in Fenwick Island. The Admirals Bridge property was perfect—just steps away from the sand. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic beach escape!

Another great stay

This was our second year renting this property, and everything was once again fantastic. The owner is very attentive and all the amenities provided make it feel like we barely need to bring anything with us.

Excellent location!

The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We were thrilled with the short walk to the beach, and the pool was great too! The hosts responded quickly to our questions, and their attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. They even gave us a welcome gift! We would definitely recommend!!

Great Fenwick Island Rental

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location was great. It was a block from the beach, close to many restaurants and walkable to the local candy and ice cream shop for the kids. Liz and Jim were wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay. Their home was comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. I would highly recommend!

Jim and Liz really understand the concept of home away from home. We have been repeat renters for about 5 years now. There are constant updates to the property and if you make a suggestion, they listen. Glad we stumbled upon this vacation haven.

Our family had a wonderful week! This home is beautiful. The property managers are very professional and respond to email messages in a timely manner. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The beach and restaurants are all within walking distance.

What a fun place to stay !!!!! So gorgeous, so well equipped, so thoughtfully laid out. So comfortable for all family members.....kids of all ages....to enjoy. Even though there was so much to enjoy in the Fenwick area we didn’t feel like we had to leave our little “home away from home” to have fun.

This is home away from home. Everything is so well decorated and very inviting. Everything is spotless and very well equipped with every need you may have. Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in this rental! Clean and very well organized, with the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. We cooked and ate in most nights and had no trouble finding the necessary utensils/cookware. Located within walking distance of mini golf, shops, ice cream shops, etc and close to the beach but inside the house it's nice and quiet. The hosts also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, I think they really care if their guests have a good time.
