My property is located at the center of the spot of Penang island in Gurney Drive. It covered most of the place if interest by walking distance around 5-15 mins with nearest landmark is Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza as the famous shopping malls in Penang Island.
There are also 2 famous Siamese templete at 10 mins walking distance from my place, same distance heading to Specialist Hospital Gleneagles.

the local cuisine surrounding my place are covered at more than 100 local hawker stalls and also with vast variety of choices from seafood to western dishes which could satisfied your appetite completely.

This location strategical located near to the places of interest and it can be easily access to public transport as well cab service.
