Brand New Beach House

Our home is completely re-built after Dorian and ready for familiar guests. Steps away from National Geographic’s Top 10 Beaches in the world! Newly constructed plantation, island-style home where no detail has been spared. Bungalow B offers a warm, large open floor plan with an island kitchen with handmade Cuban tile accents. It is the perfect setting for entertaining your friends and family. For boaters, there is a canal very near house to tie up.

This house boasts over 3,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Bahamian high tray ceilings. Smart TVs throughout the whole house. All master sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and desk/chairs. Sleeps 6 comfortably. WIFI, smart TV's with access to Netflix and other streaming channels. Desk and chairs in all bedrooms for checking in back home. The house is not on the beach, it is across a quiet street and 100 steps from door to sand. There is an easy access greenway to take you straight to the amazing white sand and turquoise waters. Rent a golf cart and cruise your way to other private beaches or nearby Bahama Beach Club for lunch or dinner. Take the ferry to Green Turtle Cay for lunch or a swim. Charter a boat for the day for fishing or island hopping to Guana Cay or Hope Town. Coming over by boat? We can help you find a place to dock nearby but official Marina is still under construction with limited electric access.

Treasure Cay, Bahamas is located less than 1 hour from South Florida on commercial flights from Fort Lauderdale on Silver Air or Miami on AA arriving at Marsh Harbour (MMH). We can arrange a taxi from airport straight to the house. Treasure Cay offers 3 and a half miles of soft powder white sandy beaches, a 150 slip, full-service marina (still in re-building after Dorian- scheduled to open 2025).Treasure Cay, besides being known for its famous beaches, is the perfect backdrop where family traditions are made and last a lifetime. Many families gather here year after year to celebrate with friends and loved ones.
