Welcome to your peaceful Emerald Isle getaway! This 3-bedroom + loft, 2.5-bath soundside cottage is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated Royall Oaks community—just a short walk (0.8miles) to private ocean access in Dolphin Ridge.

-Main-level King suite with jetted tub, walk-in shower & double sinks
-2 upstairs Queen bedrooms
-Loft with Full bed and; privacy curtains (open to great room below)
