The open-concept layout connects the kitchen to the living and dining area, allowing the chef to interact with guests while preparing delicious meals for your large group. Two custom black quartz dining tables can comfortably seat up to 16 guests for an unforgettable dining experience, with room to set up additional tables as required.

With the elegance of a five-star hotel, the property is designed to accommodate large groups with 9 bedrooms that feature 13 King and Queen beds. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, there is ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. Each bathroom is fully equipped with essentials, including extra towels, and a washer and dryer are available for added convenience, making you feel right at home.

The outdoor space at Zen Paradise is a true oasis, providing guests with an unparalleled sense of tranquility and serenity. Nestled on a private acre under the canopy of real bamboo trees, the backyard is unlike anything else you`ll find in Las Vegas. The space is designed to promote calmness, featuring a magnificent Buddha statue, a peaceful walking bridge, and lush greenery. It`s also a perfect entertainment spot, offering comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging, two private pools for refreshing dips, and an outdoor TV for relaxation. After a long day of exploring the strip or attending meetings, guests can unwind in the expansive hot tub and ease tired muscles. The property also features a grill for al fresco dining, and soon, guests can enjoy a game of pickleball on the brand new court.

Prior to arrival, guests will receive a door code for easy access to the property. Upon arrival, the remote for the gate will be provided or can be found on the dining table for easy access.

Although guests are provided with absolute privacy during their stay, the owner resides next door and is readily available to assist with any queries or concerns. Guests can conveniently contact us via phone call or text, and we are always happy to assist in any way possible.

Zen Paradise is the ultimate retreat in a fantastic location. The neighborhood itself is safe and quiet, with little street traffic, and we have dedicated parking with an automatic gate at the entrance. You can park up to ten cars at the property.

The Las Vegas Strip is only three miles away – this is about as close as you can get to all the action of the Entertainment Capital of the World. There are endless bars, restaurants, shops, casinos, and entertainment venues at your fingertips, and once you’re on the Strip, it’s completely walkable.

Test your luck at a blackjack table, reserve a table at a high-end restaurant, and stroll through iconic casinos with theming that is out of this world, like the indoor canals in the Venetian. Shop til you drop, enjoy a dazzling show, like Cirque du Soleil, watch the famed fountain show at the Bellagio, dive into an underwater world at the Mandalay Bay Aquarium, or take a ride to the top of the High Roller observation wheel.

And that’s just on the Strip. There is endless entertainment in Las Vegas.

Guests will need transport to the villa but guests have access to an optional on-site Cybertruck experience for moving throughout Vegas streets. Details and scheduling can be provided upon request after booking.

The closest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS ~3 miles).

Pets are welcome at Zen Paradise, but smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas. The property has a strict policy against hosting parties or events.

The pool and hot tub at the property can be heated for a daily fee of $100 for the pool and $75 for the hot tub.

For security purposes, outdoor cameras are installed around the property.
