Very Nice Accommodations! The Spa Lodge was great! Loved the convenience of the condo. Well equipped. Beautiful Condo! We had no problem getting to the ski resort. The shuttle was on a great schedule. I recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Inside property was nice, stocked well, etc. check-in and communication was good. Issues-property is under construction which we didn’t know. They literally had LOUD heaters running in the hallways the whole time. Additionally we came back a day from skiing and there were tarps hanging from the ceiling. We had to untape them to get to our actual condo. Then when we left the were working and had to go down back staircase with luggage, no access to the elevator and make several trips. Also couldn’t get to the garbage cans outside because of construction vehicles and the sidewalks being taped off. Just some big hassles I wish we had known about before.

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected construction-related disruptions during your stay. Shortly before your arrival, the building experienced a major leak, and unfortunately we were not notified until after guests had already checked in. The heaters, tarps, and active work in the common areas were part of the building’s immediate response to mitigate damage and begin repairs. While the work is being actively addressed, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient this was—especially without advance notice.
Please note that building-wide construction, including common areas, elevators, and exterior access, is managed by the HOA and outside of our direct control. That said, had we been informed sooner, we absolutely would have communicated this in advance so you could make an informed decision about your stay.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, as it helps set clearer expectations for future guests and reinforces the importance of timely communication from all parties involved.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
