Whether you’re casting a line in the Rio Grande River or carving turns at Wolf Creek Ski Area (just 22 miles away), this 3-bedroom, 2-bath dog-friendly retreat delivers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Guests will enjoy the additional amenities such as a private hot tub, game-room, full kitchen, spacious deck and an outdoor fire-pit.

Inside, enjoy soaring ceilings, natural light, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. The chef's kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an oven, and a dishwasher drawer — plus all the gadgets for effortless meals.

Kids and adults alike will love the garage-conversion game room, complete with air hockey, ping-pong, board games, and another smart TV. A Pack ’N Play and high chair make traveling with little ones a breeze. After dinner on the grill, take in the starry skies from the hot tub and settle into one of three comfy bedrooms with brand-new beds and pillows.

This home has an electric heater for the game room to stay warm in the winter. Wood is usually provided in the shed for the outdoor fire pit, but cannot be guaranteed.

Perfect family get away

Nice size, great location, good communication. The short walk to the river allowed the littles to play and the bigs to fish. The big back yard, deck and game room gave us lots of options to spread out. I would highly recommend this rental near South Fork.

My friends and I had a great time here! We all loved the property and the house. It’s close enough to walk to the river nearby. Our favorite part was definitely the game room and hot tub though! Perfect place for a fun getaway or family time.

We had a great time! Check in and out was so easy and simple. The property was clean and we throughly enjoyed the reclining sofa after a long day of skiing at Wolf Creek. Bonus points for allowing us to park in the garage and for the game room and laundry room!

Spacious place in Southfork

Property was very spacious and clean,beds were very comfortable. There was a surprising amount of parking for trailers with UTV's. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Door code did not work when we arrived, but a quick phone call to the property manager and we were quickly taken care of.

Dad’s 80th birthday party in Del Norte

The house was clean, and very comfortable for our whole family. It was a short drive to Del Norte where my dad lives. We really enjoyed our time there and the teenage girls loved the ping pong table, air hockey and the hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Wolf Creek Ski Trip

Overall we really liked the house and all its amenities. There was a helpful instruction binder to navigate through the stay and things to do. The house itself was extremely clean with plenty of towels and linens provided. The cookware was minimal but we made it work. The location was perfect for Wolf Creek Ski Area with an easy 30 minute drive there.
